For the past three to four months I've adopted movie-going as a hobby of sorts. It's always one movie a month and I do my very best to make sure to not look into how good or bad a film is. Although my recent visit wasn't anything like that - I enjoyed all my visits to this particular movie theater. This review will be more into the technical and technological aspects of the theaters I went into during the visits than the movies or the service since I have enjoyed those two aspects the best as I can for a light moviegoer can go.This Studio Movie Grill has a few issues which I will list and they're namely personal gripes and it's completely understandable from the perspective of Studio Movie Grill. The first is how some of the chairs I picked for these visits are either hard-locked on their recliner functions or completely different in set-up and such which are related to said functions. There are some spacing issues but when you're sitting by yourself in the back, it's okay. There's also not enough space to eat the food you ordered - although I suspect that you're not meant to have too much food on your tiny table to begin with.I can understand that Studio Movie Grill has far too many visitors to the point that doing regular maintenance is hard to keep up with - no one can get mad with that. Everything else is perfectly fine inside the theaters outside of that. The food on the other hand, my words on it will be subjective because I only order two of the same things every visit. The food is good and provides a decent amount of protein if you're the type of person who works out or burns a lot of calories The service may be slightly delayed but it's understandable because the staff they have could provide so much for so many people, so given them some forgiveness on that.

Took my children to see minions last night. Very bad experience. We had to clean off the chair had food on the table popcorn in chairs. It took forever for the pizza to come out I got there 15 minutes early and ordered did not get my pizzas until halfway through the movie. Never received my drinks. It was ridiculous I asked for plates for the pizza and never received them either. I asked someone else and she had a attitude when I pushed the button to ask about my drinks and plates. I will never go back here again. This was my favorite place to go. But never again.

This was 1st time at this location. Guest services were extremely vague, food server was in training and extremely thorough. I mentioned I had a tomato allergy while ordering nachos and he was instructed how to ring it in. I received my food a quarter through the movie and there were tomatoes. I called a hostess over who explained it was in the cheese sauce. She Swapped my order out and took another 20 minutes to receive the new order. My husband waited an hour for his order and received a partial order at that. Definitely won't return to this location

It’s been a while since I’ve been back to the theater for a movie . Watched Top Gun 2 and it was only like 9 people in there for a late show . Services was great , drinks and food are decent enough . It’s not bad here except that you have to be careful not leaving anything valuable in your cars . I seen a few shattered glasses in the parking lot so I don’t think it’s a suggested area for a movie and to take family here . Unless they hire security driving around the lot.

Theater filthy, and food considerably cold. No consideration for refunds if necessary per hospitality sanitary guidelines and you have to send email to customer service for anything. Ivan was very nonchalant with my issue, and Tristan didn't bother to use his managerial de-escalation training. No empathy nor understanding that no one wants unsanitary food after witnessing the act. They’d rather you call corporate and write a bad review. Extremely dissatisfied and will be looking to cancel membership. I am writing this as I sit in the theater… how upsetting my experience has become. Shame on you. :-)

This is definitely my new go to movie spot. Excellent service on the drinks. Bartender made my long island just right. I got about 3 food items everything was good. If you get the loaded nachos make sure they actually put cheese in them lol

This is always such a great location to enjoy a new movie with a good meal! The servers are super nice, and can be in and out insanely quick. They managed to bring me my food, and barely even affected the movie watching. If your into a more relaxing and fun movie experience, this is your place!

I was in Theatre 4 seat C1-C5 waited a long time for drinks food, my fathers pizza never came out. I was asked 4 times by different employees if i wanted to pay cash or card when we gave cash upfront. Employee said we got a receipt and change but we didn't. Movie playing was Memory at 7:45 pm

Tickets prices are good but the food prices are expensive for the quality. I ordered the coconut shrimp $17 and they didn’t taste like coconut at all. My husband and I got 1 entree 2 appetizers and 2 soda. Was $68 with automatic 18% gratuity .

Been watching movies here for 4+ years and I enjoyed watching Batman 3/15/22.
