Wow talk about above and beyond. Went on 1/2 off Tuesday and the baristas made sure to acknowledge everyone and get the drinks for us. Super busy but they worked as a team and maintained a good attitude. Great service
Asked for 2 tall drinks and got charged for a size up. Not sure if it was the attendant or their broken screen and speaker. The whole drink was pretty sad too.
The sense of urgency is not there in the morning! I order on my mobile app and it's never ready. I always have to wait.
They don't take card, only cash and the app. So if you have no cash on you at the moment of paying you have to pay through the app. But if you don't use the app you have to set up an account just to get a frappe. It's supposed to be a drive -thru for a reason, and many people don't carry cash. The problem is that you wouldn't know that they don't take card up until you're in front of the window to order, after you've already waited in the long line just to be told they can't take card payments. It defeats the whole purpose of a drive in my opinion.Also, apparently they get upset with people if you tell them you don't have the app. The lady in the window was kind of rude to others trying to order and asked about the app payment. I don't know if it's them not wanting to do their job or if it's a system failure but in any case the customer should be the last person to be affected by this kind of thing.
All of the staff is great. Super friendly ... Always smiling..I walk in and they say my name...makes you feel super welcomed!! No matter how busy. Thank you!!! A great way to start my day!;;;
Nothing but exceptional words for the staff and services provided. Absolutely love the opportunity to enjoy a grande nitro cold brew while working on my college classes. The store is immaculately clean as well. This Starbucks even has some of the latest tech upgrades and newest state of the art appliances including the Dyson hand dryer in the bathroom. Everything about this Coffee shop makes me feel fancy. Thank you Starbucks ! Very Satisfied!
Disrespectful employees here. Especially a lady name Ninja doesn't even know starbucks policy. Definitely need a better store manager to hire better employees
