Thank you Levi and other baristas, really nasty outside and they respected me when I asked for something.\\n\\nI had some difficulties with other people ordering drinks by other people's names, but such a thing has no relevance to them.

Reason for my bad review:1) The location is incorrectly marked 2 blocks away from the actual location.2) The parking lot is too small and difficult to navigate.3) I needed a $10 gift card but was forced to wait in a long drive through line because the dining area was for closed for some reason. The over-all experience was that of inconvenience!

Came to this location after seeing an abnormally long wait at my regular Starbucks. Was greeted very warmly by one of the baristas, a young guy with pink hair, Mikey. He was very friendly, smiled and even chatted with me for a brief moment. I have a very specific order that often gets messed up (especially when I see new baristas). Mikey did a great job of making sure my order was correct (and even stopped the other barista from accidentally adding whipped cream to my order) and as I was leaving made sure to yell back "have a great day!". Very rarely do I encounter people so thorough and pleasant. I'm making this store my new regular spot!!! Please hire more like this one!

Quick and friendly folks. Makes it feel like you're at a small-town coffee shop.

Every morning I hop in my rarely driven vehicle and put it into sport mode just to get to this location faster. Originally I just wanted a location with a drive thru but now I truly come for the awesome staff. Particularly the morning drive thru window team member brightens my day and pays more attention to me than a therapist with alimony payments; in other words she actually cares about experience and wants to make sure I come back. Also as a plus you get to wrap around a small parking lot and have plenty of time to watch every park incorrectly while you sit in the drive thru.

Cute Starbys, but quite literally EVERYTIME I've been there they have NEVER had breakfast sandwiches. They are always out. (Even before the shortages). The one off of Oak Lawn seems to have them fine when I go there. Y'all need to get it together.

Nightmare parking and of course a rude female staff who took my order and I asked why my coffee wasn’t ready after 10 mins of waiting and sitting right in front of them, she waved me off and said it’s not her jobUpdate: Another staff saw her exchange with me and came to assist me; Thank you very much. I told the supervisor I didn’t like the service I got there today and he asked me about it but I was already at the door.

Coffee and breakfast sandwich hit the spot before my early Sunday morning start at work.Amber at the window was so sweet.

I actually had a barista huff and puff over the speaker because I asked for a pour over of my favorite coffee. There was a very loud audible huff at my request and I have never experienced such a thing in my 20 plus years of going to Starbucks.

Quite possibly the most poorly planned drive thru I’ve seen in my life. Even if you order pickup, you risk sitting in the drive thru line either because the lot is too congested to get to the actual parking spots, or because they randomly decide to lock the doors and be “drive thru only” without telling anybody. If you’re expecting to pop in, pick up your mobile order, and pop out, avoid this location at all costs.Employees are great tho
