Fast fun and friendly they keep the place nice and clean.
Nice workers but OMG, the SLOWEST in town. Took 15 minutes to go thru the drive-thru. A ridiculously long time for a chai latte.
Ordered my drink and a sandwich for IN STORE pick up since that’s what was available on the app. I work at Baylor down the st so I used to visit this location frequently since it’s the most convenient but I know how the drive thur line gets; hence why I decided to do in store. I parked and went towards the door; I pulled the handle, it was locked, and the employees just ignored me (didn’t even bother to look up even though I can tell they heard me). I called the store to let them know of the situation. The woman who answered the phone said I could either wait in the drive thru for my order or wait in the drive thru for my refund. Mind you, the line was all the way out to the street. I told her I couldn’t wait in line or I would be late to work; her answer, “Well I don’t know what else to tell you.”There’s some mom and pop coffee shops in this area.The service here alone warrants going somewhere else.
They ran out of oat milk so instead of telling me, they are out - they decided not to tell me and give me whole milk hoping I don’t notice.Wasted my time coming back for a refund, the drive thru lines are long.
The service here is consistently terrible and things are frequently unavailable. They have also done away with public restrooms even though they serve food. Horrible location.
Perhaps not enough employees to run the store, but skip this one. Lobby closed. Poor communication. If open, you’ll wait a long time.
Love coffee an Starbucks is good there breakfast sandwiches ?
5 mistakes in 5 visits. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has gotten my order and payments wrong so often.
