I think this has to be the worst location I’ve ever visited. The girls ALWAYS have an attitude, I’m always given the wrong drink. I only go here because it’s closer to home, and after so many chances I just give up and will drive farther if I have to. I always get the wrong coffee given to me, who doesn’t make Veranda blend after 11 but yet shows available on the app? I was about to drive off with the wrong coffee, until I smelled how strong it was and gave it back. And then when I order my green tea matcha latte, It literally tastes like milk and nothing like green tea, might as well just have a cup of milk at home and save my $5-6.
I went through drive thru. One thing I must say I frequently visit this Starbucks because it's closer to my Job. I could believe what happened today of all days when we are short at work and I can't go pick up any food for my lunch. My sandwich (Chicken Bacon sandwich) fell out the package onto my uniform. Since covid your very alarmed as to what your food touches and you eat. So I'm hungry and mad.
I got robbed at this Starbucks February 11, 2022 & they had no cameras and provided no support whatsoever to help when I got robbed literally at the Starbucks. They couldn’t even give me a free coffee, I had to pay for a coffee after the fact I just got robbed in front of them great customer support and great help. MacBook stolen and down $5 for a coffee that sucked. If anybody ask you to meet up here on Facebook marketplace or on offer up do not do it because you will be getting robbed.
Today, the lady at the drive thru decided to discriminate against customers who are older. She only putting the company at risk. I'll go to the coffee shop down the road instead from now on.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and paid $6+ for a coffee and this same thing keeps happening. THERE IS NOT EVEN COFFEE IN THIS DRINK. It’s only milk. Not a complicated order or anything. Waited 25 mins for warm milk.
Take out window was awesome. Had my daughters pup and they treated him like a customer. Maybe because he had his front two paws on the counter. Fun experience made everyone smile.
I have try to give this location chance after chance but they just keep disappointing me , I always get the same coffee it’s always either they just do one pump of mocha or they give me black coffe , I always return because they’re super nice , I try calling the store to let them know but they didn’t answer I want to say I try 4 times… and also my chocolate croissant was way over cooked it was so hard
I go here about once a week, and always have a good experience. The line can get a bit long (it's right off 75), but it moves pretty quickly given this fact. And the people that work here are great!
Great customer service and always delicious food/ drinks
10 minutes at this location for a take out. Hate the outside window. My latte tasted like milk, no flavor of syrup or extra shot of Espresso.
