I came in to this store on May 19 at 8am. I purchased 3 drinks one Frappuccino and two caramel machiattos. I specifically told the barista that I didn't want any space in the machiattos and she said it was fine. After I grabbed my drinks I didn't realize what they did until I was at my job. But they purposely left them a big gap. And it was mostly foam not coffee and on top of that it tasted straight like syrup! I couldn't even drink it because it was disgusting. Worst location ever.
I really like this location of Starbucks. The baristas are always super friendly.
CAME IN THIS MORNING… MY DRINK WAS FINE THOUGH I REQUESTED EXTRA CARAMEL BUT DIDN’T GET IT SO I ASKED TO ADD MORE… CUSTOMERS THAT WERE HANGING OUT THERE ARE MORE FRIENDLY THAN THE STAFF (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 2 LADIES THAT WAS TAKING THE TRASH BIN SOMEWHERE) ALLL LOOKS UNHAPPY FROM THE CASHIER TO THE BARISTAS. NOT COOL SINCE IT FRIDAY, 1ST DAY OF THE MONTH AND SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DAY! HOPEFULLY JUST TODAY
It's a regular Starbucks. It has outdoor seating. No drive through. The restrooms were clean. It can get busy at reasonable times. Music is pretty nice. Customers and Employees are usually nice. Good seating.
Not satisfied with this location, order ahead for the first time and I pay for a venti cinnamon dolce latte. My drink was missing 4-6 oz. I’m use to have my drink filled up all the way up. Lakewood Starbucks employees make the drinks better. Never ordering from this location again. Employees need to be trained equal. Waste my money for nothing.
Unfortunately even though it is in an ideal location it is not worth stopping at. Every time I’ve gone there whether Mobile order or Ordered at the counter it’s been a 20+ min wait and there are a ton of other people waiting for their order too. I’m sure the baristas are trying their best but it doesn’t feel like they try and move with any sort of purpose and they are always way behind on orders
Didn't have a medicine ball, but offered to make something similar. It was just as good and helped my throat feel better. Thanks to the lovely baristas for getting creative!
As of today, I will not be going back!!! I have set a lot of money on this one because of the location. I been going here for a year order the same thing. Today the manager which is new and very rude got my order wrong and basically told me I was a liar. I went back for her to redo my order she refused to apologize when I showed her the order they need the old managers back this one is super rude. That's to bad because they are very good here she gives the place a bad name.
Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were good as always. I didn't really like how they set the drinks on the counter after they called the names because it was hard to hear them behind the counter.
Starbucks is the place for great service and ideal varieties of coffees ☕️ wake up and get there!
