I love this Starbucks because it doesn't have a drive thru. they have had the same employees for years. They are super good people. They remember me and attend to my individual needs without asking. I truly love this store.
Inefficient and understaffed for such a busy location. To add insult to injury, the order was incorrectly prepared.
Horrible area. I'd go to any other Starbucks first in the future. Parking was a nightmare, the people in the parking lot were all doing some really shady stuff. And inside the store, some of the customers looked downright terrifying.Thankfully the employees held it down and did their jobs well. My order was accurate and the flavors and temps of everything was great.
Absolutely amazing and quick to order...most of the time. Because of their location sometimes they get extremely busy, however they are really good at making the coffee and are really kind.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I normally get a fresh brewed coffee in this place.

Best Starbucks in Dallas. They make great drinks, are super friendly and quick. I drink decaf and their machines make the BEST decaf. You wouldn’t guess by the location but this really is the best Starbucks in Dallas for quality and service.

Staff is always friendly ! They’re very helpful and usually busy. They take time to get your order and make it correctly.
