After getting a replacement frappe' I started my morning in a good mood after 30 minutes of consuming the crunch frappe, I became very ill ? something wasn't right i tried calling but the line was busy for while, I've retired from StarbucksSigned..it didn't set well.
My son has fallen in love with Starbucks. He likes the caramel ribbon crunch. I will only buy him one a week. This particular Starbucks does not have the crunch stuff so they put extra caramel syrup in. My son prefers the crunchy stuff but will accept the syrup when he must. It's strange to me that whenever we enter a Starbucks, no one greets you. They are so busy all the time. Sometimes I feel bad disturbing them.
Customer service is always great but today they forgot sweeter in my ice coffee. It happen from time to time. Lucky I keep mine in my purse.
The service is great, but i definitely recommend ordering inside the store as the drive thru line is always very long and takes much longer. Regardless of what you order, you'll most likely enjoy the different coffee and drink options.
I stopped here yesterday and did not have time to turn around. Believe me I would have. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and a one of the cake pops. My tall mocha latte was half filled and not mixed correctly, it just tasted like strong expresso. They also did not put the cake pop for my daughter in but charged me for it
Great store, I would go more often if they weren't so busy (but that's almost a given with the location). Staff is always very friendly, store is clean, service is fast (inside and drive thru).

This Starbucks has recently been updated and it's GREAT! The staff was very friendly and kind. The music made my visit much more enjoyable, so that I stayed in to have my drink and muffin.
Baristas need serious training. My orders are never made accordingly. Also they are always out of NON DAIRY options. This store always seems to be out of stock ingredients.
I hadn't been there since before renovations. The place looks lovely, everyone inside was so nice. They did mess up on my drink (gave a me a latte, order a Frappuccino), but still made my correct order very delicious.
