Ordered a grande hot caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and it taste bitter with no flavor. Very upsetting when you go through the drive thru on your way to work and paid $6 for this. Even when you ask for extra so you know you will have flavor and you don’t get any at all even though you were charged for the extra. I highly recommend checking your drink before driving off. This is not how I wanted to start my day.

This location has become my favorite after work stop! Not only have all of the baristas gotten to know me, but when I pull up they all say hi and it makes my day! Other locations don't share the same concept of customer service. I can't say enough about Ashley, Ashton, Ibitha, Shay, Angel and Dina. They go the extra step with their customers and make you feel so welcome. When I have a bad day, I go get my coffee and a pick me up from the team at store # 10648!

This location is in a difficult spot. The shop is located between two extremely busy freeways and is extremely tricky to get in and out of depending on which direction you're headed.
Service was good and fast but they charged me for toppings that I ordered and they didn’t put them on.
