First of all Friday I was slightly messed up from the night before but decided to try and order a Starbucks drive thru... The cashier took our order and when we got uomtonthe window to pay. I swear the hottest Starbucks cashier I e ever seen . I was dang your like the hottest Starbucks employee I've ever seen. He says he gets it alot. My body literally went numb it totally made my day.. so freaking hot
Half of these comments are really stupid, it’s just coffee. If coffee is held at a high value to you, please consider taking to a therapist. “Lines are too long?” Just be patient, there’s like 10 people back there making sure your dumb coffee has 6 pumps of whatever bs and not 5. “People are rude” Not everyone wakes up ready to serve annoying people all day, Being upset about your foam being melted isn’t a big deal , relax, drink your drink and move on and you’ll be a lot happier in life. People here are great and so are the drinks. That’s all you need to know
Paula and the other African American cashier definally make us very uncomfortable because our English isn't as perfect and they were expecting we do have some accent so they started laughing about the way we pronounced some words, which make me very upset.. regardless my money has the same value as everyone and I do deserve respect huh
My regular drink tasted off as compared to other locations, my daughter's as well. They did seem to be understaffed, so they may have been rushing and not fully reading the orders.
I like this location the only thing is when I ask for extra caramel drizzle normally at other locations they add it to the bottom of the cup but a few baristas at this location at it to the sides of the cup and I kinda don’t like that very much but over all the drive through is quick in the am even when the lines are long so that’s good!
Short staffed, so offered drive-through service only. Also, out of many of the basic supplies for drinks so many of the popular drinks were not available. At least the staff that were there were cheerful and provided excellent service with what they had.
Went through Drive thru, long line but got thru fast. Drinks was great.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The kindness was incredible. I went to have an iced tea with my daughter and her teacher , we sat outside and had the best time thanks to the kindness of the staff who had just dealt with an extremely difficult customer. Strongly recommend!
The drive thru line was forever long but always worth the wait and I left satisfied
John was so friendly and provided excellent customer service! He is exactly who should be the voice of Starbucks should be! Thank you for the peppermint mocha and creme brûlée latte the pups were also very happy with their pup cups.
