The young lady who helped me was super friendly and attentive but it’s so weird with everyone else that’s like no iContact you look at them smile they look away I know it’s like towards the end of the shift but until you go home you’re still working I’m just used to Starbucks employees and especially the men being way more friendlier but I guess I am near the galleria but still

The staff here is amazing. Fast and friendly everyday. Shout out to the manager. They certainly know how to hire and manage a business.
I have no words. I’m having a really rough day and I just started to cry during my order. The cashier had so much empathy. She gave me my coffee and food with words of encouragement. I don’t recall her name, but she deserves a raise or something. It made my day easier knowing that a stranger who hardly knows me would act so kindly to me. Starbucks, you’re amazing.
Had a strange behavior from the baristas this morning! I ordered cold brew and I was very clear that I only want oat milk, they made it with whole milk I then came back and explained that there has been a misunderstanding I am lactose intolerant and It must be oat milk the barista lied to my face and told me that he replaced it with oat milk. I called starbucks customer service and explained everything.. i thought Maybe it was me.. i went to a nearby starbucks location made the same order and it tasted like oatmilk with coldbrew.. not sure what I did I am new in this area.. like I don’t know anyone in this starbucks and they literally lied to my face! Never coming back to this location..

Great as always. This one specifically was awesome! I only drink the caramel macchiato with extra caramel and when I go to other places they act bothered when I ask for extra like I didn’t just pay for it or like somehow if they give me extra caramel it’d be deducted from their paycheck. But this place didn’t, they were super nice and accommodating to my caramel addiction, the barista even offered to give me some extra in a to go cup. Great customer service and very tasty drinks. My new go to Starbucks.

It's Starbucks. What are you going to say? Standardized training. Standardized food and drink delivery. Unless you get a cranky barista having a bad day, how is it going to differ much? Staff was pleasant here. It wasn't crowded. Great place to read and chill for an hour.
