Good as always. The guy that made my dragon fruit lemonade was new and training so my drink wasn’t as good as always and I told that to the girl when I ordered the second one hoping that me telling her I had to throw it out I would maybe get an apology and the drink for free but nope. Had to pay for both. Even tho I came back within 5 min of the first one.

The staff at this store needs a mandatory read of Carl Sewell’s book “Customers for Life” because I will never grace another Starbucks again. My Chai Tea Latte Hot tasted like water. I asked if there was something that could be done to strengthen the chai and all I got was an excuse that the drink is half water. Instead of defending yourself just make it better!! Good grief young people know nothing about customer service!

The Starbucks you know and love with the quality sustaining energy we need to get through our meandering days. Here you can get your pumpkin spice latte or your coffee with three shots of espresso. The style and the ambience of the interior is beautifully done as we expect from every Starbucks. It is welcoming, and offers that coffee shop atmosphere that we need sometimes to get out of our houses. It’s a lovely place with that lovely sustaining liquid that drives this economy to and fro

This Starbucks is BUSY! I waited 15 minutes for my ice matcha, but I was so impressed watching Sydney work. Never have I seen such a fast and effective employee. I dont think she comes up for air! I had to write about her. We don’t praise amazing employees often enough, she deserves employee of the month.Thank you Sydney for making my 15 min wait fly by as I mesmerized over your work.

Rude staff! 4 employees including the supervisor with green short hair, did not acknowledge me while I’m standing there for a minute and one employee setting up and moving things from in front of me to the side of me never greeted me or alert his team I was there. First visit and certainly last visit. If there was less than one star offered, I would have picked that.

I was visiting Dallas for a conference, and this was the Starbucks closest to my hotel. I gave 2 stars only because they’re quick…but I don’t understand how you mess up a café latte. It was often watered down, maybe fewer shots of espresso (as if I can’t tell), and they never would send a straw. Since it was delivered, I could never get this addressed, but fair warning for others that may consider this location as an option. Go in person or not at all. You’re welcome!

I can only give 4 stars although that’s not bad. The lady at the front counter forgot to give me my coffee so I stood there some time well after my friends got there specialty drinks. Obviously corrected but non the less it happened. Will still go back

Near my home, so I always come to this location. A frequent disappointment. The Manager of this store can’t be doing inventory correctly. On a daily basis, I’m told they’re out of something. They always hand you a hot drink without closing the lid. Frequent attitude problems. This store is becoming an embarrassment to your Brand. I will be going a little further down the road to a more reliable Starbucks with actual Starbucks items in the store and friendlier attitudes.

This store was really not clean. The front doors grimey, pastries case glass dusty, tables sticky, crew young and clueless. Not a spot I would go to again.

I just left and there was a cashier working the morning (11am) 1-25-2022 she has blonde ends, possibly hispanic. i didnt ask her name by mistake but she was AMAZING. im not a crazy coffee drinker so i didnt know what to order and she helped me decide! she whipped something up for me that was PURRRFECT. she called it a nitro? lol i will definitely be back to keep getting the drink. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!❤️❤️
