My wife and I had never been to nor heard of a Starbucks Reserve and were excited to try it! On our morning out we stopped in and had some fantastic signature drinks. We then returned after our lunch to try the origins flight that's advertised as a specialty in store. When we approached the barista to order he said he couldn't place our order for us due to the fact that they were a little busy and it would take too much time. To say the least we were highly disappointed in this and would recommend Starbucks Reserve to not have items on their menu that they cannot competently fulfill.
The location downtown on Olive is a reserve location. it will totally spoil you and make you not want to go to regular Starbucks ever again. The staff was amazing and the coffee was great.
Service is definitely getting better. There have been a few hiccups with the staff turnover, but you can tell they are working hard to get things back up to par. Their drinks are always delicious.
Was super excited to visit a Starbucks reserve. Ordered 3 drinks and waited for a while never got them then went to ask about them and two of them had been sitting there and the third one was never made and they never called out that the other two were ready. When I brought up we were missing a third drink the barista got very defensive. I wasn’t mad about it just wanted to get it made since I paid for it. When she asked what it was I told her and it was one of the new brews for the holiday season. She said she had no idea what that was and when I showed her on the menu she stormed off and yelled at someone else to make it . It was just really off putting and ruined the experience. Don’t think we will be back.
They need to move faster. I understand it's Dallas everybody is more relaxed but no way should I wait 20 mins for coffee, with 5 people making coffee. Other location 2 mins away moves 10x faster

The “RESERVE” isn’t necessary, is the same coffee, same food and perhaps worse attention in Sunday afternoon
