Ordered a salad with chicken and paid extra for the chicken. There was literally no one in the restaurant when I picked up the order at 6:30 pm. When I got home to eat my salad there was no chicken. Called to tell them and they did state they would refund my credit card but it would take 5 days. I am posting this review until I receive my refund as it is very frustrating when you goto pick up your dinner and you don’t get what you paid for. This is one of my goto neighborhood restaurants. I certainly hope they remedy their error.
Lovely lovely staff! I was able to be assisted by the manager “Love” super sweet staff and extra tasty avocado salads!The way the staff works together is the definition of a team. Kuddos to management.
full price for half the portion each time. Even with all the additions. So convenient but need to find a better place that is consistent and serves the full amount that you paid for without missing items as well. This has been the experience for the last two months. Gave it a chance but just not worth it.
With this being my first time and as a true salad lover, let me just ask... Snappy Salads where have you been all my life?!?! The way they made my salad basically taste just like I make at home times 10!!!! It has been a while since I have walked into a facility and felt positive vibes!Although I wish they had a bigger soup selection the cream of jalapeno soup was amazing!Staff work phenomenal!!!! I see another visit in my near future ?
I ordered for an office meeting, including guests from outside the company. The order arrived on time and was packaged well. Everything was fresh and delicious. My one complaint is that they did not include plates or forks. I ordered SALAD. Salad isn't a finger food.
Gosh, a snack, not a lunch...I've been a long-term customer of snappy, taking a break for a year or so during the worst of the pandemic. I understood when, a year or two back, they reduced the size of the salad...i.e. trade-off price vs. size. But I think the salads ...now one size, not full or half snap.....are even smaller. Like tiny. Plus, the 6 additional ingredients I received today were doled out in single teaspoons. Quinoa, chickpeas, etc are what make my meat-free salad a meal. So this was definitely *not* a meal, it was a snack, or, more accurately, a side.I don't like to write bad reviews but I was even more inclined because the employee who helped me was...unpleasant. I was hungry when I went into the restaurant and only slightly less so after eating my salad at home.For fast casual, meat-free, one would do so much better at Roti or even Chipotle...Not only because you'll get an actual lunch but also because the people who work there are nicer...Again, not necessarily blaming the employees, but perhaps management should pay more so that the folks who work there are happier and also they should train better/differently so that the customer gets more than 8 chickpeas as one of their six added ingredients...
Well, if you are used to buying a fast food salad or one pre-prepped in your local supermarket, you'll think these salads are high priced. But-these salads are large, packed with a wide variety of fresh ingredients, and made to order right in front of your face. Portions of anything you choose to add are consistently generous - for instance, if you add avacado, they'll scoop out half an avacado right in front of you and drop it in your salad. Healthy, fresh, consistent and friendly - a great combination.
I've never been much of a salad guy... but this place is AMAZING. Picked up a grilled avocado and classic steakhouse salad; both were very healthy portions, and they don't skimp on the more expensive ingredients. Flavors were outstanding and incredibly fresh. Order was 100% correct and the pickup process was seamless.I'm a guy with a hearty appetite, and I could almost make two meals out of the classic steakhouse.This was my first experience here, and I look forward to returning soon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for quality healthy options.
Ordered a salad from here through Uber Eats because I only get a 30 minute break. I requested for my dressing to be put on the side and they did not. There's even a place in the lid for my dressing to be and it wasn't put there. So now I have a salad with no dressing and I cannot eat. Won't be getting anything from here again.
