Food tasted good, they were pretty rude though. I was the only one in line and they seemed bothered that I came to order food. Also, took a minute before getting acknowledged.
I had the Cobb Salad this past Sunday. This was my first time trying Snappy Salads and I was so excited because my husband raves about how good the salads are at the Preston location. I was a little concerned because there was a lot of cross contamination (tomatoes in the eggs…) but I went ahead and ate my salad. I should’ve listened to my gut, I’ve had food poisoning now for two days. While the salad was great, it wasn’t worth this.
Salad and it's ingredients tasted old. Also. The serving size is very small. The bowls are designed to look like you're getting an actual salad. Not a very customer friendly practice.
I ordered an Caesar salad for delivery and got an ENTIRE salad with no Salad dressing. No answers from the store and no way to speak to anyone. I am very disappointed,
While their salads are delicious, I have to dock a couple stars: one for never bothering with removing inedible stems, and one for getting the cheese wrong for my chicken BYO salad today, so they had to do it over!
Tried this place for the first time today while shopping at North Park. Had the grilled avocado salad. It was really good. I didn't add chicken. The staff was very nice and friendly. They were working so fast to get everyone's salad perfect. Great customer service!
The Hot Honey Chicken Salad I ordered was delicious. This place is really an underated Gem.
Great quality for a fast food chain, all the ingredients were fresh. I ordered the chicken wrap and the size of it was really good
It may not be fair of me to give this location only two stars since I didn’t even eat the food.I ended up examining my salad before deciding it was best to throw it away. The quality was visibly bad. I didn’t want to risk getting sick so I didn’t even taste the salad but the iceberg lettuce appeared wilted, slimy with many black and brown spots.I was also uncomfortable with food prep procedures and was very concerned about cross contamination between raw chicken and grilled or uncooked products (tomatoes, avocados).The staff was fairly friendly so no complaints there but if you’re someone who is anxious about food safety I’d definitely skip the Northpark location. There are so many better options.
Fast, great value, and quality ingredients. Perfect place to grab a healthy lunch before shopping!
