Food was great! Ordered Uber Eats and specifically requested utensils and condiments. Please tell me how a fork is acceptable to eat soup? Also, when you order 3 meals and get 2 forks - clearly lack of attention to detail at the store.Prep time for 2 salads and a bowl.of soup was over 30 minutes - TERRIBLE customer service!
Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been a patron of snappy salads for years, but this location is absolutely terrible. I usually order salads to be delivered during my lunch break, and they are ALWAYS missing ingredients (the ones I paid extra for). If you’re ordering from this location, I advise that you pick up yourself and thoroughly check before leaving. Staff and management are careless.
Staff is so incompetent, they secant follow simple orders and always have an attitude. The WORSTA Snappy salads in DFW.
I ordered the create your own salad—with 6 toppings—not enough in the topping. Their own salad has more toppings. I also ordered the tofu wrap. A little dry and tasteless until I added the sesame ginger dressing—then the wrap was okay. The salad is overpriced for what it is—Jasons Deli has a better all you can eat salad for less money and you get to make it your self!I won’t be coming back!
I'm not a salad guy, but the salad was above average.
It's such a shame that this location is so convenient yet the quality is not on par with other locations. Agree with the other review regarding to the lunch rush - my salad was prepared in such a rush and they missed my dressing... it was a pick-up order. How am I supposed to enjoy the salad without the dressing? Also to the owner of Snappy...any reason why there's spinach in the Grilled Avocado salad..? it was perfect before, now it's not that good any more.
Very unorganized. An online order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes earlier and was still not ready. Happened twice in a week.
This place is usually great, but today they didn’t mix my chicken in with the rest of the salad. The chicken was dumped on top which caused the meat to weigh the veggies down. Also one of the only employees not wearing a mask was the cashier.
This review is tough the salad was great, but the atmosphere was terrible first you should never have molded cheese on the line and I understand it's a lunch rush relax let the customer look what they want on there salad there was three customers in front of me and I had to be on there back to see what I wanted and lastly most salad places mix ingredients not throw them on top. This store definitely needs more guidance especially being in downtown Dallas.
Salad was A+. Can't wait to go back.
