My order said it would be ready @8:13 I arrived a little early and I knew my order wasn’t ready and the staff went above and beyond to assure me my order was almost ready they even offered me a free drink, I told them no thank you I’m early and I knew it wasn’t ready take y’all’s time. Super friendly staff! Love this place
The food was good, as always. However, the salsa cup received with the meal was half full. I requested more and received another cup (not completely full) with an extra charge! This simply isn’t good business practice! I hope y’all learn from this. :)
Snappy salads used to be my favorite. I would pay $14 and get a salad that was large enough to last for two meals. Within the last year they have changed their takeout packaging, and now I spend 50% more to receive less food which is barely enough for one meal. I was also called names by the staff and my order was not ready for pickup even though I arrived after the time indicated it would be ready. In the future I will feel a lot better just buying a $7 salad from Jack in the box or Burger King.

I placed an order online and requested a refund for the Chipotle chicken wrap and chicken tortilla soup. As well as the extra dressing which was not included in the order.The chicken in the tortilla soup and wrap tasted uncooked. I took the food back to snappy salads and stated the chicken in the soup & wrap tasted uncooked. Jasmine at the location told me it was impossible for the chicken to be uncooked. I requested a refund & was told I have to send an email. Jasmine took my food to the back & returned shoving a piece of paper at me with an email address to contact & walked away. At this point, I feel cheated. I left snappy salads with no food, no money, and no resolution. This has been a very poor first and last experience.

I've been going to Snappy Salads since they opened the first one. No more half snaps to get a smaller salad, no more mini snaps, so now if you get a salad protein, avocado and a soup it's now close to $20. Ridiculous. AND they no longer have the roasted red pepper dressing :( Now they are just like every other salad place. Go somewhere else for the price.
Frost bitten vegetables made a disgusting flavored salad. The owner responded to my door dash review “ we don’t have a sweet potato salad?!” Am I a child or what? I will include my receipt this time. Yes I’m sure it was snappy salad. It was soooooo gross, how can I forget and I was soooo hungry. And now I really can see that even y’all’s owner is clueless to customer service or the menu. Smh.
