This location is by far the worst smoothie king I've ever visited. Two young women and a young male were present. There were customers in the drive-through, but I was the only one in the facility. I approached the register, but neither of the girls in front of me acknowledged me. Finally, I placed my order. Two smoothies took them 20 minutes to prepare. One of them is child-sized. I saw them stroll to the back of the room twice to converse. I was the only customer inside for about 20 minutes. It's evident that they don't care about customer service. I'm used to letting things roll off my shoulders, but this was too much.
Went to this location couple days ago and had a great experience. They had a lot of choice on the menu but the 2 ladies helped me with what I wanted.Both patient and positive attitude and got the new Orange smoothies which was tasteful ? will return
Great people! Service with a smile and very very very helpful! Came here on a weekend morning and was very pleased with the fast service and personalities of everyone there!
