Normally smoothie kings are great for me but this one sucks. Not enough workers to keep up and half of the workers don’t know what they are doing. All the workers were sluggish and it took me forever to get my smoothie despite there being only one person I front of me. Smoothie tasted fine but nowhere near what it normally is like. Also ordered a 40oz and got a 32oz.
Why is this location closing at 7pm now everyday? Either be honest with your customers or change the store hours. It’s ridiculous how employees will sit and smile as you try to open the door at 7:30pm when the store hours say open till 9pm as they’re closing shop.Be better.
Before picking up my pre-ordered smoothie for lunch, I was working on a customer experience project. I'm reading Chick-Fil-A's story and I was reading the chapter on their, "My Pleasure" brand. Then I walk into this store. There were three people in the store and NONE of them made eye contact with me or spoke to me as I waited for my drink to be finished. When I asked about it, no one acknowledged my question. The worst store ever!! I do not plan to go back to this store. Now I'll have to drive further because of my customer experience. It's really sad.
They claim to be closed and it's just raining??? Seems unprofessional. The freeze isn't supposed to happen until overnight and the lady in the store was rude about it. I expect better customer service than this.
Ohhhh my god. So impressed by GABBY. I came in and saw a line of about 10 people and only one person, Gabby, working but I really really wanted a smoothie. I was shocked when she cleared the line, perfected orders, while not only remaining calm and upbeat but extremely personable. I kid you not when I say I got my order in 5 minutes from the time I got in line.First time at this location, I will be forgoing my usual lemon ave location's to come here next time.
Horrible service. They forgot about my order while I waited in the lobby. Other customers came and went as I waited. When the realized they forgot my order, no apologies when they finally made it. I will not be coming back to this location.
Service here is wonderful, managment stays on top of things and service is very prompt
So I go in I asked for a specific vegan drink or smoothie I asked them to send the bananas and she looks at me crazy I told her I'm a diabetic and then I tell her to just only put half like a half the bananas and an extra scoop of dates she is well dates have sugar too. So I explained to her the difference between sugar and erythritol. She starts to ignore me as if she knows better than me and I'm like been around in the fitness industry before dated nothing but bodybuilders and have several nutritionists in my family and I'm just looking at her like if you're going to give me attitude about something when I try to educate you on something maybe you should know since you work in this type of company don't give me attitude. I didn't say that to her but I probably should have. I also tip them a dollar the other young lady the Latino lady was such a sweet young girl. And I do appreciate people that work in this industry. I did not appreciate the whole attitude I got just because I wanted something done different and I happen to know what I'm talking about nutritionally.
I have been coming to this Smoothie King for 2x a week for about a year.I always get the same smoothie High Protein Banana add energy.When I first started coming my experience were not that good ?But I ❤️ Smoothie King! It seems like all of a Sudden something changed,I never knew about Healthy Rewards or ordering through app?Until the young lady told me about and she also took the time to show me how to add my missing points?
I'm sorry but this place needs help I waited 25 minutes for my smoothie The only person working was the one blonde blue haired young white girl The managment is rude. Standing around watching one person do all the work !! Unacceptable I've worked as a bartender for years there is something to say about poor customer service! All credit goes to friendly hard working white girl !
