This shop is really good . I can see they work hard to get the customers taken care of. I visit there almost every week and never gave a bad experience.
Horrible location! I walked in and one of the employees said" ugh Oh my God" as if we were a bother to her so her and the rest of the employees were annoyed by our presence as well as if they were slammed with too many orders and couldn't handle the rush. They didn't greet or even ask if we needed help or if we were ready to order! Very rude staff. The set up with fruits was disgusting and unappealing. The bananas looked smushy and the other fruits were scattered everywhere with nats flying on and around the fruits. The powder area was so messy the powders were mixed and spilled all around the area. We decided not to order and just walked out. Very unwelcoming and unsanitary place. 5/20/22 around 3:30 ish. I feel bad for all the people that were in the drive thru because they had no idea what is going on behind the scenes. Wish I didn't leave my phone in the car to have taken pics of the horrible experience.
The girl at the window was curt. Rushing me to order, and then not bothering to confirm anything so I was just sitting there looking dumb until I asked if she heard me. At which point she elevated her voice and told me to come forward. The smoothie itself seemed like it wasn't cold enough and I could taste granules of something that wasn't properly mixed in. There are so many other better options in Oak Lawn of all places, like come correct or close down. ?
Service was quick the girls are nice and friendly.
This is basically one of the best Smoothie King's to pull up to. Their drive-thru has a sliding door and the employee steps out with your tasty beverage? Out of the many times that I've been here they're usually very fast and efficient. If I was going to take off any points it would be because they're directly off of Lemmon Avenue?. Which is pretty busy ????????? but you can just go back around the back side and exit that away gives you many more options to get out of the area?.
I use to frequent this location multiple times a week and my smoothies were always good. The new people they hired will now short change you if you pay cash and don’t pay attention. The smoothies don’t come out correct and the company has raised their prices. So I’m paying more, for poor service and a bad flavor. I tried to get my smoothie replaced because it didn’t taste right but they handed me the same one back. I use to get this exact smoothie multiple times a week every week for months.
I go here often and the last two time have been horrible. They must have changed management.The first time the staff had lights off a female employee was at drive thru and leaning over counter on her cell phone. I asked her why the lights were off and she laughed. I asked for the manager and she said “we don’t have one”. I called the next morning and the manager i spoke to just said sorry. Horrible customer service.The second and last time was the worst experience ever the employee didn’t know what the add ons were on menu. She was sneezing and had a running nose and mask was half way on. We paid for smoothies but my son and I threw Them away the areas and blenders looked disgusting and not cleaned.Please give this smoothie king a good manager or just shut it down.
Most days great but some days like today completely irritating. There’s no regard for your time. They’ll hold conversations while your smoothie is in their hands waiting to be completed. They’ll start working on another order while your smoothie just sits completely done blending. The whole demeanor and energy from an employee was clearly indifferent towards the customer. Even when another employee brought to their attention that my smoothie was complete, she still showed ZERO regard to the point that the person at the window had to finish my order and thank me for coming. I understand having a rough day or whatever but the attitude of that employee was completely disgusted and I left there feeling undervalued and I’m a Very faithful smoothie king supporter. This was deplorable to say the least. If it were not for much better experiences I would have given this rate 1 star.
This location is close to my work so I frequent it often, service is always exceptional! My smoothie tastes delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive, and I have never left disappointed. The store is always sparkling clean and inviting as well, it’s a beautiful environment to sit and enjoy my break. Will most definitely be a long time customer of this location.
They have a very good staff. Very efficient and polite. They work hard despite being understaff. Everyone at this location gives service with a smile. Keep up the good work team. You rock.
