Customer service ain’t too great. They seem unengaged and don’t really serve you. The place is also not very clean, almost kinda filthy. No wonder there isn’t much foot traffic here! Seems like no one wants to be here
It’s hit and miss.. Sometimes you guys are great, sometimes your attitude shows entirely.. Never the young men.. Just these two women in particular.. Cheer up in the drive thru..
If you could rate this place 0 stars, I would. For the love of God do not come to this smoothie king. Don’t waste your time and money. The place is disgusting, the service was undeniably awful. Throwing receipts, asking me to repeat my order in the middle of making it. Forgetting smoothies on a to go order. Incorrectly made on the replacement order. I mean when I say bad I mean bad. Trash all over the floor. Walls stained. Terrible marketing in the building. Honestly surprised this place operates still.Maybe they were busy, maybe the staffing sucked but I’d skip this place over every time here on out
This place couldn't be more poorly ran. They're rude through the drive thru, then have you pull up to the front ( nobody behind you in line) where you'll wait forever to find they forgot your order.
i use to come here a lot more before that was until i found out the only person who knew how to manage this place (her name was virginia) well and make really good smoothies for me and my co workers was fired we need her back! I was a daily customer
Yesterday my friend stop at this location because I'm in the hospital, and my other was right but because I up size for one dollar no product was added they added more ice it was very watered down not only that the receipt that he received was wrong without a barcode to scan for the purchase so I could not redeem my points for for the app. This is the exact reason I don't like to eat out because of Lazy sorry employees trying to pocket cash and get over on the system. I used this location countless times and out of no where the quality of service declined. I did notice different staff….perhaps they made personnel changes. Service changes a few months ago and it hasn’t really gone back to the fast good quality service I used to get every time I went there. For this reason alone I’ve been going to a different location. Smoothies are rarely on time.
I ordered an 32oz strawberry kiwi smoothie with supergrains..it wasn't blended well,I threw it away I wish I have my receipt. The worst I ever had.
I went through the drive-thru no one answered then I tried knocking on the window no one answered again. My last attempt was trying to go inside and the door was locked and inside the place was completely empty. I should have taken a picture. The store is supposed to open at 7a. I was there at 7:30a. This is my second time trying to get a smoothie in the morning and I can never get a hold of anyone. This location lacks customer service and it should be closed down if no one is working there.
Tell me why De‘ Shawn in the Drive Thru at 2:41 PM on 9/27/21 tried to cheat me out of $8.00 with a pocket transaction? Made an order for one Angel Food 40oz Add Yogurt for an Order Total of $11.03. I handed him over a $20.00 bill at the Drive Thru and he handed me back my receipt with $0.97 cents ONLY!!!! The way I know for a fact this was a pocket transaction on his behalf because he cashed me out for $12.00 on my receipt. I didn’t hand him a $10 bill accompanied by two $1 bills. Thief. Someone you cannot trust. Once I received my smoothie by him, I asked for my $8 in change. He gave it to me, no apology, no concern for mistake because he knew what he was doing.
