Waited 10 mins before anyone even took my order . Both workers looked at me then kept looking at each other as if they where both just waiting to see who will go up first. I understand about having to wait a little but when your the only one in line that is ridiculous . Waited a total of 20 mins for a single order
They have great customer service! Very clean! They make great smoothies but they ALWAYS close 2 hours early! The hours say the are opened until 9:00. They close between 6:40-7:00 every time I go! No matter what day of the week it is! That’s crazy! Change your advertised stores hours to match the time you actual close please!
I bought me a medium hercules smoothie, and my hubby got a blueberry smoothie it was pretty good.

Yum...great hidden secret in this corner of Dallas. Great fresh smoothies and acai bowls. Definitely a new favorite spot to keep my fueled well.
Extremely slow. They have a lot of workers but only one takes and makes smoothies the others work at subway and don’t offer no help when they see a long line. They don’t greet you or let you know just one minute they won’t speak to you unless their taking your order. They can barley speak English I’m not understanding how they even got hired.Poor customer service
I admittedly hadn't been to this location in awhile, so they no longer had the Vanilla LeanBody by Labrada Carbwatchers meal replacement packets that I'm used to. Unfortunately, after ordering my meal replacement with the protein powder they had, I was unable to communicate effectively with the employees in the store because of the language barrier. IMO, at least 1 person in the store should be able to answer questions about the macronutrients in the product I purchased. I requested Rice Milk to be used, but they used water instead. My meal replacement was not at all what I wanted or expected. I was quite disappointed.
