This place went above and beyond for me today!! There was a small accident with my cake, they fixed the problem and even made it up to us, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Will definitely keep coming back. You don’t get excellent service most places now a days. Very much appreciated and will be a continued customer. Will definitely recommend this place!
They were amazing and so easy to work with. I called from New Jersey to have a cake for my sons 21 bday. It was delivered as promised and my son called and said the cake was absolutely delicious. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend
Young lady was very nice, wanted a particular cupcake without the filling and she personally made me one. Cake was very moist each and every one first time trying red velvet cake so I told her it was make or break my experience and I’m sold definitely goin back for birthday cupcakes for my daughter ! Went here for a treat. The lady that was working the counter was rude and had just a bad attitude/vibe about her. Got a cupcake and it was dry as hell. Box mix would have been way better to be honest. Never coming back here. Bad service and bad product.
Never having ordered a cake before because it can be somewhat intimidating this place was different. Took my order with ease. Unfortunately my cake was not what I ordered. I wanted an all chocolate cake but I got vanilla icing. They remade my cake with no hesitation. I’m more than happy with the service here. Big shout out to owner or manager I believe her name is Michelle. My girlfriend loved her cake!!!
I ordered a few dozen mini cupcakes for a baby shower. I'd never heard of SmallCakes but they are a favorite of the guest of honor. They were SO easy to work with! I was actually really surprised but I am glad to know about them. I brought a sample of the shower decor and they made some great suggestions. And when I picked up the cupcakes definitely exceeded my expectations. SmallCakes Medallion will be my go-to going forward. they've won my business because their product is exceptional and their service is incredible.
I went to this location 2 years ago when I lived in the area and it was soooo good when I when I went.I have moved to another part of Dallas since then. I placed an order for a birthday cake at the location near me (Garland) and they cancelled the order at the last minute, leaving me running around and looking for a cake.I contacted this location (Medallion) on Facebook at 8pm when I got the notice from the Garland location about my cancellation. To my surprise, someone from the Medallion responsed to my Facebook message and though we had to make some changes on the design at the last minute, they connected me with the baker as soon as they opened and Leslie took care of me! They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. Thank you guys for the quick response and for ensuring that my daughter gets something as possible as close to the cake she wants. Will only support this location moving forward as opposed to the one by my house.
These cupcakes are so delicious. They even have pupcakes for your dogs. Courteous staff and the owner is so nice, too!
I tried Smallcakes for the first time on 7/26. The staff was courteous and helpful. After determining it was my initial visit one associate took the time to describe all the delicious looking cupcakes. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the various flavors. I had the daily special which was a sweet tea cupcake. It was moist and the icing was actually reminiscent of sweet tea. I bought a strawberry cupcake for my daughter and she loved it. They had a lemon drop and German chocolate cupcake. I gifted those to my neighbor and they said they really enjoyed them. I'd definitely visit them again.
