This cashier didnt even look at me while extremely rudely asking if she could help me with her back to me as she was throwing my to go order in a bag for delivery. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL ADVISE MY CUSTOMERS NOT TO DO THE SAME.
First time visiting this place. The food was ok but the service sucks. I ask for some dressing for salad. The young lady running the front said it going costs extra for more dressing. I told her most places don’t nickel and dime there customers they try make sure you good. She said hey that what home office tell us to do I’m just following orders.
There is nothing like waiting for hot chicken, freshly fried french fries, and the warm smell of Texas toast - none of which is at this location. It’s lunch hour no one in the place, my chicken was cold, the fries were stale, and how the hell do you fk up toast? My recommendation - go to Canes.
DELISH, I had the grilled (or fried) strawberry salad. I highly recommend this place. the chicken was so moist and not greasy.
This place is EXCELLENT ??? we had an amazing experience with the pleasant staff whom took our order. His name is Tony and he provided fabulous service. The food was perfectly presented and the temperature of the food was on point. We will definitely return next week. Tony represent this establishment to at it’s best. Definitely a friendly family eatery.
Actually this place is a five-star place in my book the people that work there are friendly the food is great and the prices are great but ownership is too cheap to pay them and so they are short staffed and often closed when I go there after church or you can’t eat in the dining area and are forced to eat outside in the cold because they say they are short staffed and don’t have enough people to clean the tables so you can’t eat in the facility and they force you to eat in a chilly weather or take it home when all you want to do is eat out so shame on the crappy management for not doing the right thing and paying more so that they can attract one more person that won’t cost him any profit to fully service their clients so great place but cheap crappy ownership
Horrible customer service from the supervisor (I’m assuming she is)… out of every review I’ve done she has the worst customer service I’ve seen. Slim Chicken opens up @ 1030 so I walked in @ 1031… the greeting I received was “how’d you get in here?” I then replied and said the door was open (??♀️).. she then gave a blank stare like she was irritated and said we have a big order to prepare but she’ll work my order in.. at that point I felt uncomfortable ! She obviously didn’t want the other young lady to take my order but had no choice cause I was in the store after opening hours ??♀️. They prepared my food and when I got into my car to double check it.. the Mac and cheese was cold! The shredded cheese wasn’t even melted.. the tenders weren’t even fully done. I was going to go back in but the supervisor was already upset that she had to come to work and work ??♀️??♀️ So I just drove off to avoid conflict… the sweet tea was good though ☺️. Definitely won’t be returning to this location! Not to mention the lady that came in after me wasn’t greeted the way I was greeted… that made matters worse. SMH yes I’m not going back
First time eating this. Delicious flavor, hot chicken and waffles. Not long of a wait. Server was also constantly cleaning and making sure the dining room area was clean and stocked.
I Food wasn't awful but the service wasn't great. I made a request that would only have required simple communication between the cashier cook and she refused without so much as making an effort. Had she at least tried or pretended to care, it would have made a difference, but she was pretty dismissive so I gave up and just took it as is.
Never knew how much I needed Lemon Pepper chicken fingers until I finished the last one. Truly one of the best decisions I made in my life
