I placed an order for pickup via DoorDash Direct, paid online, and received an email saying the restaurant had confirmed my order with an estimated time to pick it up. When I arrived, they had no record of my order at all and had to manually key it in. Thankfully they didn’t make me pay for it again, but it leaves me wondering where the money that I paid online ended up if they had no record of the order? I could have overlooked this inconvenience/extra waiting if the food wasn’t so profoundly mediocre. The decent fried pickles and friendly staff were the only redeeming factors here.
5/22/22 at 1:08 Server MJ C. Three MLs ordered $42.27 and 1 came out wrong had to be returned for the correct order. The soft drinks where oddly flavored (nasty). Three families came with dogs and it was time for us to GO. Animals and food don’t mix well for me. Customer service was okay. Food I will give a 7.5 for freshness and taste.

Ordered to go catfish and shrimp. Fish tasted dirty shrimp were rubbery. Red beans and rice flavorless. Prices listed on menu online did not reflect what I was charged. Assessed a 20% service charge for to go order. What service was provided exactly? Will not be returning.
Great food, great environment, all staff is great minus the Long curly haired ran down old guy. Super rude and entitled. Would be 5 stars and highly recommended if “manager” wasn’t rude to regulars.Will return, just won’t be served by him.
Ordered grilled chicken and got grilled fish. The chicken was bland although it looked good, tarter sauce was good, red beans and rice needed seasoning, fries were good.First time here, probably wouldn't return. It was just OK.

The food here is awesome! Can't go wrong with the Crawfish (they are big already) or the Oysters!
Very cool atmosphere. Waitress was very nice and attentive. I ordered a green tea drink it was disgusting. Sent it back and got water. Shrimp and crab hush puppies were okay. I ate 1 1/2 out of the 3 that they gave me. My grilled pork chops were 7/10. And that’s because the blackened seasoning gave it flavor. My friend ordered the fried catfish red beans and rice and hush puppies. She didn’t even eat nor pay for the food it was disgusting as well. Only gave her one hush puppies and she said that was the only thing on the plate that had flavor. Definitely will NOT go back.
