The restaurant vibe and food is excellent. Tammy is simply the best. While the restaurant is great, she is WHO we want to share our birthdays and celebrations with!
We sat in the "outdoor" space which is enclosed but with higher ceiling and more spaced out tables means its quieter, feels less crowded and more intimate. Our server, Shara, was phenomenally good!

The food is fantastic! The sushi and sashimi were very fresh! Tammy our waitress was excellent! Their light up cotton candy was the perfect way to finish the meal. Highly recommend, if you can get a tableâ¦
Great sushi. Very loud environment. Many tables are very close to each other making the noise issue worse. Like the restaurant but wonât be back because itâs so noisy you canât have a conversation.

We visit our grandkids whenever we get a chance and it is usually for special occasions! My daughter and her family always suggest Shinsei for our celebration dinner. This past Thursday was one of those occasions. It was my grand daughters 11th birthday. Dinner was incredible as always but our waiter was a special treat. Alfred not only was gracious with all our requests , some of us had to leave early and food delivered early, but was customer oriented and made our dinner extra special. He mentioned he had served in the navy when he saw my husbands hat and also thanked him for his service. So thank you Shinsei for having fantastic waiters and friendly accommodating receptionists?

Amazing food, so many menu options I wanted to order I will have to go back! Shrimp dumplings and lettuce wraps were superb and awesome take on scallops over Asian risotto.
