Great place. Good service, food and atmosphere. We ordered the snow crab, crab stuffed tater tots, boiled shrimp and Pickle fries. All were excellent. We got the cajun and garlic flavor on the shrimp and crab, but they have other flavors. Highly recommend. Also our server's name was Ace, she was awesome, highly recommend.
Had a great birthday dinner here for my mom. The service was great and the food was great too. We haven't been here since before the pandemic and I was nervous the food would have changed. The Only thing that changed were the prices, and boy did they change ???. With all that's going on in the world high prices are expected. Anyway we will definitely be going back again.
By far the best broil I have ever had. Even though they were out of crawfish I still enjoyed the king crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. Had the kitchen sink flavor with the diablo as my choice of spicy which is the hottest. Finger licking good!
The food is all so #favorful and #juicy! And the portions are so much! I promise you will get full and then want to keep eating because it is SO GOOD!!! Seriously.
Me and my family decided to come here on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was empty. Just us and a few others were in there. When we first walked in I was turned off at the fact that we weren’t greeted. She just confirmed how many of us there were and walked us to our table. When we get to the table the 2nd thing to turn me off was just how absolutely disgustingly dirty the napkin box sitting on the table was. I wish I took a picture but me just looking at it was making me lose my appetite. After we order, I use the restroom which smelled like straight sewage. I had to hold my breathe so I wouldn’t vomit. The whole bathroom was just yuck. I felt dirty coming out. When I sit down my bf mentioned that the bathroom stank. I asked him how did he know and he said he heard the employees talking about how it smelled and they didn’t have any more cleaning products!!???? We should have left then…. We ordered our daughter some fries and when they came out they were so heavy and greasy and gross!! You could tell they fried everything in very old grease. They were soggy! My toddler and bf both love fries and they didn’t want these!l at all! I ordered a boil which was flavorful (I ordered the kitchen sink) but my shrimp had obviously not been cleaned ? and potatoes tasted weird. I ordered the adult lemonade which wasn’t very good either. Tasted 0 alcohol and it didn’t even taste like lemonade. ? My bf ordered the platter with shrimp, catfish and fries, again everything in very old oil and lacked flavor and seasoning. We ate because we were hungry but were talking about finding another seafood spot at the table. It didn’t hit the spot for our seafood crave at ALL. Very disappointing food and service. I normally don’t leave reviews but I really don’t want anyone to make the same mistake we did by coming here.
There was no wait time to be seated on a Saturday night around 9pm. Clean establishment, energetic staff, good food, and decent prices.
I do not recommend this shell shack location due too many reason!!1. they gave me food poisoning due to the fact that they dont take food handling precautions and throw away old food instead they serve it.2. They’re waitresses do not wear mask or use any sanitary precautions.3. You have to ask to even get a refill on your drink and if you don’t like your food instead of being polite they roll theyre eyes because they have to take it back and exchange!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT EAT THERE OR GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR SERVICE THEY SERIOUSLY DO NOT DESERVE IT!
Me and my son visited the dallas location for the first time and we were surprised at how awesome this place was on all levels. The atmosphere was fun and all the employees were very friendly, they actually seemed to really enjoy serving us. The manager Mr. Ricky Rubio was going to all the tables introducing himself and making sure everyone was good. Us having never been there had no idea what to order so we asked Mr. Rubio what he recommended, and he told us the crabs and crawfish. He went into detail about how they were prepared which i appreciated a lot. I must say, me and my son both agreed that it was the best crab and crawfish we had ever had. Our server was Fonzo who made sure we never wanted for anything. This was one of the best experiences we have had going out to dinner. I highly recommend this place; it's a win win all the way around!!!
We had the fried shrimp and french fries it was filling and reasonably priced and very flavorfulWe also had dessert which was wonderful chocolate cake and carrot cake
I asked for Cajun flavor and hot, that's not what I got, our waitress was on it though so cudos to her. Valet was only $5, $6 if you had a card so that was cool. I'd try them again and choose something else.
