Omg this link burger and cheese fries were so good!! I can't wait to go back. I'm going to try the chicken burger next. The outside area was so cute with the lights. You can play ping pong and corn hole. It started raining so we couldn't play but next time we will!!I'll be back very soon!!

I had a very good experience at this location. It was my 1st time visiting and I went at around 5pm on a Sat. From my view as I waited to have my order taken, the kitchen looked busy. The employees were very nice to me and communicative. I have a very nice interaction with an employee turning my time here and they were so sweet. The food was decent, and the portions were just right. Prices are 2x higher due to the location, but I think it's worth it.This location offers dine-in and pick-up, and I chose the former. There is a large outdoor eating area in the front of the building with picnic benches and outdoor games. It was large enough for me to social distance and have a picnic table to myself. I was so happy to find there was zero animal waste in the outdoor area. This location is on the corner of two busy Uptown streets and from the outdoor area you can watch the trolleys go by on McKinney.

Burgers with good flavor and shakes that hit the spot that I needed, plus some bacon fries on the side that made the meal complete. This was my first time visiting a shake shack since I live in a state that doesn't have them, and it was SO good, I sucked down my malt SO fast because of how good at was. Plus the staff was delightful, they were all very sweet and made things easy. I wish I lived closer to one so I could come again sooner!

I was hesitant to eat here as I've gone to another shake shack in the east coast and it was not that good. However, I really wanted a burger and this was walking distance. It did take awhile to get my order but it came out hot and fresh. My burger was cooked too perfection. My fries were nice. They provide plenty of indoor and outdoor patio seating. Outdoor games. Shaded seating. I would go back.

One of my favorite burgers out there! Quality ingredients and super consistent flavors. They definitely have the best buns! ??

Burgers are too small. They are the size of a kids meal burger, especially if you're getting a single. The actual taste of the food was great, but l was still left feeling hungry. For the spice fries you pay $1 more for some seasoning! The strawberry shake was delicious. The wait time was a little longer than I expected. Place is clean and restrooms clean. Just the trash in the restroom was overflowing.

The food here was fantastic, especially the chicken sandwich and fries! The service was really good too, until I tried to get my parking validated. The only reason I felt comfortable parking in the garage is because I knew Shake Shake would validate the parking. Unfortunately their machine wasn't working, I tried several times. In the end I ended up paying $10 for parking and we were only there for 30 min. I tried asking one of the cashiers if there was any other way to validate the parking and she said no. I felt like she didn't try very hard to help me, which was disappointing. Its way too much to pay for parking even if the food is delicious.

Do yourself a favor. Order the Fifty/Fifty. The cold, wet, delicious blend is totally the sum of each complimentary refill. You're welcome.

I don't know what it is about these burgers but they always seem to hit the spot. Delicious. This location is also pretty cool. Nice downtown city vibes.

Super busy and they still kept it together. Food was good as usual with shake shack, but I was impressed with the efficiency of the ordering and pick up process. Good location.
