Been here twice and sat on the patio both times I sat for a while before being acknowledged. Definitely don’t come here if you’re in a rush. But their food is really good I love the fish and chips. The nachos could have used more cheese but they give you a lot and for the price I can’t complain. My husbands burger was okay I don’t think it was worth the price but food price is rising especially beef. They have a great selection of beers and some good cocktails and my daughter loved her shake.

For this visit only!! Food was outstanding tonight.Service was terrible, our server, Brandy, came over once we seated and immediately asked to take our order. We asked if we could get a menu to look at. She took our drink order, delivered our drinks and took our order. We never saw her again until I am pretty sure the manager who had just been sitting at the bar and talking got up and went to get her. We were very obviously finished eating and looking around. She came to our table to "check" on us. We asked for our check. She brought our check and I set the timer on my watch ,it took her 5 minutes and 6 seconds to come get my card. This was at closing time you would think that they would be ready for us to leave. Once she brought my card back she went quickly to go sit down to eat. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT A PRIORITY
Absolutely terrible service. Our waitress came and got our drink orders, some were bar orders, some were not. Well after the bar orders arrived the teas and waters did. We ordered an appetizer and no one brought us any type of appetizer plates or silverware. Then the food came. Well, most of the food. 5 of our 6 entrees arrived. We told the guy who delivered our food that we were missing a meal. Our actual waitress never came by. I had to go flag her down while she was putting in another order. I told her were were missing a meal. Someone working the line asked what we were missing and I told her we were missing The Original. She said it was 6 tickets down the line. I asked how that one meal got 6 tickets down the line when the rest of us had our food? So she looked at the tickets and someone else asked what was going on. She said "she's missing her food, so she is freaking out". I absolutely was NOT freaking out. I didn't even get mad until that point. So, I told her "No, all of our food was ordered at the same time and all of it was for dine in". Finally they just took the order for what was missing and told me they would have it out. It finally came out and our waitress brought it over. She apologized and said they would take it off the ticket. And then she disappeared again, til I had to flag her down again to get our bill so we could leave. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed refills or anything unless I waived her over. Our table was kind of off to the side and in a corner so I think she kept forgetting we were there. I wasn't even upset that she didn't put in one of her meals, but for the person working the food expo to basically blame me for our missing food was unacceptable. I won't be returning.
Love this place. Great food great service, great place. It is an excellent place to hang out after a long week. Keep on doing a fantastic job!
We arrived at 8:30om on December 22. We were seated and for 7 minutes no one recognized us as ready to order. We ordered queso( which never disappoints) and hamburgers. The hamburgers weren’t the usual spectacular taste we experience. Note to self…don’t go near closing time.

Went to the Audelia location to support my Son's Orchestra Spirit Night. Apparently, proceeds went towards the Orchestra group. We were never greeted even though a sign said "Wait to be seated ." Bartender then beckoned us to sit anywhere. No one came to serve us, so said bartender hurriedly took our orders and came across very short with us. Food took a little bit and was almost cold. However the burger was good. All this time we watched a large group come in, were greeted, and served quickly. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I hate having to spend my money anywhere I feel unwanted. I left the least tip I could but the server did not deserve a dime. He never served us, said hi or acknowledged my son and I. Based on the crowd I guess we were out of our element. Never again. I'll maybe try the other location because the food seems good and is a a nice spot to just unwind and have a good burger.
Was good burger and beers. BBQ sauce was not good. Our server was great, she was taking care of the patio area. She was very busy.
This is my 2nd time to go this restaurant. It's really worth going... good food, food service, good people. Problem: it's in the back of a center & people can't see on the main road on Walnut & Aurelia. But pls give it a try. Worth it!Special kudos to Marco... very nice young kid.. very hard working... u can see it! Deserves a lot of complement.... keep up pls!!!
