My daughter suggested this place when we were looking for a place to dine. Wonderful and cozy. I had the grill salmon (Turkish style, with chickpeas and spinach). Amazing! Service was good. I'll be back.

We had our Eid breakfast there and it was really good. We ordered a mix breakfast plate for 1 person but it was enough for both of us with additions (egg, cheese, olives, veggies, cauliflower, labnah & honey) , falafel, hummus, & black tea. Also, staff were friendly & definitely would go again!

I have not been impressed with a restaurant in DFW all the way around like I was last night. We took our friends visiting from Houston and they felt the same way! The service was first class- our service made amazing suggestions so we didn’t have to worry about making any decisions which was really nice. Then he brought complimentary hot, fresh pita served with labne which was mouth watering. The quaility of the meats was top notch and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the lamb kabob and shish. Best part is they have hookahs outside and open till midnight. We found our new spot!

LOVE IT HERE. Halal. Delicious food. The beef tasted like mini steak chunks and the chicken was really juicy. The knefah was actually so good with ice cream. It somehow counter balanced all the sweetness.

It was my birthday and we wanted to eat our dinner here and I loved it here. We ordered arnavut cigeri (liver) and lamb and both were so delicious. They also treat me with Turkish tea and birthday cake. I came here for the first time and I will definitely come again.

On date night, my guy was up for picking a place to eat and unwind before the start of our work week. We drove 35 minutes to come to Selda. We had no idea what our pickings could be on the menu. I swear every Mediterranean restaurant I’ve been to do not serve the same choices. So from the gate, alll the waiters are handsome. Strong accents and physiques. Ok ok back to the establishment… the staff is kind and professional. We were taken care of by more than our original server. Great service. We sat outside where the vibe automatically takes you to another place… the music choice was soft romantic and jazzy. The tables were spaced out enough for private conversation. Our meat and cheese plate was a beautiful surprise. You must order it. Babe, had the salmon that was cooked to perfection…( just ask for more seasoning) he would have rather it be paired with a different side dish but maybe you can ask for something different. I had the beef and rice .. again ask for ( more seasoning).. our drinks weren’t typical margaritas but they did not hold back on the liquor. The glasses were small but the drinks were made with the proper amount of liquor. The drinks were more like a martini vs margaritas. Even the bartender came to our table to check on us.Overall the experience was a 10. Even though tucked behind a 7/11 the den of the homeless n drunks… we still was able to ignore the rift raft. The vibe is just that beautiful.

I absolutely loved the food. I don’t eat Mediterranean food often and our server was very helpful with helping me choose dishes. The atmosphere was perfect and everyone was very nice. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cleanliness outside. Our hostess was very sweet but let us choose our table even after she saw that all the tables were dirty. We picked the cleanest one we could see and wiped the table off ourselves. Another couple got seated next to us and the hostess placed their menus on top of crumbs and food left on the table so she wouldn’t have to clean it. I would have expected her to tell the guests she would be back to wipe the table but she didn’t. I do want to go back because I loved the food. I look forward to giving this restaurant the extra star when I go. Fingers crossed we get seated at a clean table!

I've been looking for a good Mediterranean food restaurant for a while since I came back to Dallas about 6 months ago. My mom and I are big fans of Mediterranean food. We've been to a couple a bland places before (used to live in Dallas a couple of years ago and came back). I found the Selda restaurant pretty close to my home. From the outside it looks a bit plain? But once you come in, it is night and day. The place is very nice, clean, elegant. The chairs are comfortable, there's good music; the service is superb and by far some of the best meals I've had in Dallas in the last 10 years.

I had a great time eating delicious food at this restaurant. Great place for a big group dinner. Everything was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend you to try their Hunkar Begendi, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 for food and costumer service. Special thanks to the chef for the effort!

Food is delicious!!! Staff is very good! They had bellydancer show... Fun night
