Worst Turkey Avocado Sandwich EVER! I was unaware that the meat would be salty, processed deli meat, with the consistency of the meat found in a LUNCHABLE. I was anticipating cutting board type Turkey. The sandwich was loaded with lettuce, had a couple of avocado slices & 2 slices of tomatoes & the bun lightly brushed with possibly mayo. I guess that one should order inside where you can see what you're buying. But...the Sweet iced tea was delicious.

I gave it one star because I had to but I don't wish to give a single star. The customer service is horrible. They cashier dropped my card out of the window( not paying attention) I mentioned it to him and he said NOT MY PROBLEM YOU FUMBLED IT! He passed me my food and was very rude and then SCREAMED MOVE OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU NOW! I could write for days about the worst 15 min of my life at this establishment however based on the other reviews there is no need! Worst experience ever and to think I was just about to use their catering. Very disappointed!

Zero Stars for TERRIBLE customer serviceI submit this review in hopes that the employee receives some much needed training -- especially since this location is directly across the street from an acute care hospital. I just left the drive through of the Wheatland location across the street from Charlton Hospital. After ordering via the drive-through microphone, the worker said to pull up to the next window (completely normal). When I got to the food window, I immediately apologized that I was on a critically important medical phone call that had *just come in* while I was waiting in the car line. The asian man at the window asked me to confirm what I ordered. Two turkey originals, one BBQ chip and one coke. Should have been the end of it. He then proceeded to ask me to confirm the order THREE more times. Which I did, and then upon the FOURTH time that this worker asked me to confirm, I became irritated because I was trying to listen to my mother's ICU surgeon on the phone explaining our next steps. I felt that I had already confirmed this order several times, and I was having to continually re-confirm for this gentleman this ridiculous drive-through order. It became very clear to me that he was doing this on purpose, I can only guess that he was offended that I was on the phone - despite my efforts to politely let him know as soon as I arrived at his window. I would have moved on and forgotten this whole incident, however, upon returning to the hospital and giving my sister her lunch, she opened the bag of chips and every chip inside was crushed. Crushed beyond any normal chip breaking. See photo. We now don't want to eat the sandwiches or touch the drink.I called and asked for the manager's name, a Mr. Lee, and asked the name of the young man at the window, and was told his name is Steve. None of this should ever have happened and it's completely ridiculous. In hind sight I guess I should have pulled out of the drive through line to take the call, but I never expected to be treated this way. It's a sandwich order.

I love their food I just wish they was more friendly and welcoming.

What's the point in ordering pick up if I'm just going to sit through the drive thru line anyway dew to keeping the dining room closed. Ridiculous

I visited this location today and was called out of my name. I placed a curbside order & was told to come to the drive-thru window to get it. I get to the window & an Asian guy in a plain white sorta v-neck type shirt opened the window & said the name for someone else’s order. I simply corrected him & gave him my name. He says ok one second. As I’m placing my order in my passenger seat, he loudly says “thank you” in a very sarcastic tone. Right then and there, I knew what kind of time he was on. I shook my head & proceeded to let up my window. Suddenly, I hear the b-word. He thought he was slick by saying it as the drive-thru window was almost completely closed. However, I heard him clear as day. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting this location again.Update: Of course after this incident, I submitted feedback on Schlotzsky’s website. Yesterday, 01/31/22, I received a response from the guy who turns out to be the Manager. Of course, he denied saying it. His response included a lot of gaslighting & no accountability. I did not mishear anything - the b-word he called me was descriptive, so there was no mistaking who it was aimed at. Unfortunately, I’m not one to pull out my camera at every inconvenience. I now wish I had done so.

The dining room wasn't open had to eat in the truck

If I wanted bread would had stop at the local grocery store for it! The worse Cinnabon ever!! I would have been better off going to Walmart and buying the store brand cinnamon rolls and would have been more satisfied ?

Salads & sandwiches so fresh and Soo good and the employee at the drive thru window in the evening is fabulous..

My 1st time at this location, but sandwich buns weren't fresh.
