I was not satisfied with the customer service or the quality of my sandwich I received. The girl working the counter that day decided to make me wait 3 to 5 minutes while she finished folding pizza boxes as there was no one else in the store at all. Then my sandwich, the one I've been ordering for years and years and years was not made correctly. I always get extra olives, NO olives at all. It was bad enough they quit carrying the large size so I HAD to get the medium. Wasn't enough food for two. I always get a $14 large sandwich with extra meat/extra olives and all the fixings and am usually more than happy with my order. I will not return to this location ever again. A bunch of children work there now who do not take their job seriously and could care less. They were too busy cutting up, laughing and having a good time in the back.
This place is an embarrassment and if you’re the franchise owner you should be ashamed. Absolutely horribly run and possibly a human rights violation what you put those employees through. There is no way that kitchen is cleaned as it should be when every other basic service is neglected like unlocking doors or ringing up customers. Seriously the people running this store need a reality check…. Abysmal
We've been coming to this location for about 10 or so years, and have always gotten pretty good service consistently. The staff are generally attentive and quick and orders are generally correct with no issues. It does look like they have recently changed the bread recently (which is the reason we go) and it's white and crusty these days. The soups are good, definitely usually better than most other sandwich chain soups. It is always very, very hot in there and I feel so bad for the staff.
The Original still taste fantastic. My wife never had one and fell in love with them.
Went in for Dinner. My food was good but the ladies room was very dirty. And the lobby needed attention.
The place was super dirty and the workers were unprofessional and rude , they missed up my order 3 times !! Over 25 tables they have all of them were super nasty !
I ordered a Turkey Bacon Club and a Bacon Beef Smokecheesy and neither one had bacon. I also asked for chipotle mayo on the Turkey sneakers did not get that either. They just do not care
Great sandwiches, been eating Schlotzsky's for decades.
I just love their sandwiches! But I always get double meat on there because they don't seem to put that much meat on the regular one. Double meat equals out the bread. But it is a up charge.
Customer service was good. The SA which meat is extremely poor and inferior to that of even McDonalds and that includes the cheeses, and other toppings. The place is a total rip off. Want Schlotzkys sauce for your sandwich? Plan on buying a large bottle and paying $5.00 for the sauce for your sandwich! The prices were absolutely outrageous. The worst part about this busy that gave this place a 1 star was something the management and or owner could have easily fixed instead of being greedy and typical capitalists. My wife wanted hot sauce for her sandwich. A typical staple of the eatery. She was given some packets of hot sauce. She stated she wanted the Schlotzkys brand. She was told she had to buy an entire bottle because the owner or management decided it's too much work and too expensive to put the Schlotzkys brand hot sauce in small containers just like they do the vinegar, oils, etc.Thankfully my wife really like the stuff and was willing to buy an entire bottle just so she could enjoy her sandwich.Even the staff made comments about the horrible price being paid for the bottle of sauce and made a comment that made me realize the greedy, nickel and dime every management had really hoped by making people buy a full bottle of this stuff that should have been available already just as it always had been would be left behind and they could then fill containers of the sauce and give to customers.I refuse to give a place that intentionally rips people off my hard earned money because they are simply too lazy, cheap and greedy to find a solution to keeping customers happy. I can only assume soon the Schlotzkys will make you buy an entire bundle of napkins when eating here or perhaps a case of t-shirt bags for order or will find other ways to absolutely cheat and screw over the customer the exact way they did us!
