They got my order wrong thru drive through then after bringing to their attention nicely while at window after paying they still got an attitude and still tried to convince & ask me if I wanted to just keep the wrong order?♀️ such bad customer service! We go to schlotzskys all the time but was in this part of town and my first time at this location and nothing but bad service!!!!! Will never go to this location ever again.
Customer service here is always pleasant. The food is always fresh and hot and never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes in drive thru.
Buy one get one free day. They took off smoke jalapeno pizza off the menu but they still made it for me anyways ?

I come here often because I work very close. Lady who took my order was rude. I asked for a #1 medium. She rung me up and I paid. I asked doesn't that come with a drink and chips. She said "You didn't ask for the meal. You are supposed to ask for a meal. What chips do you want then?" I said "Nevermind, I will just pay for a drink." She rung me up and tossed the cup to me. Well, I won't be coming back even though it's so close and I actually enjoy the food
While I miss some of the old meats and choices of breads, the meal was really good and the staff was very friendly.

I ordered Cinnabon from this location on 9/19 and the quality of food was awful. The cinnamon rolls were not cooked properly and did not taste as good as they normally do. My previous experiences have been great, but please resolve the issue I faced last evening.
Swift and friendly service. Dining room and restroom is clean! I don't go there often so I just found out they no longer have Rye bread which is a bummer for me cuz that's was my favorite bread there!!Bring Rye bread back!!!
