Came on a Friday! The live band was amazing. So many jazzy renditions of our favorite R&B from the 80s to now. Grown and sexy crowd with great energy. Excited to come back!

I haven't been to this spot since it was the Minx Lounge in the mid 2000's.I was invited by my besti who is an AKA for this Greek event.I had a great time. Enjoyed the atmosphere, the band & singers were amazing. There was positive talk abt these barbecue baked potatoes, let me tell you the barbecue brisket baked potatoes did not miss.

Went on a Thursday night and the live jazz band was fantastic. The atmosphere was mature. Everything was good including the food and drinks. If you don't want to sit inside, you can sit on the patio and still listen to the music. Parking is limited so get there early.

This was my first visit to this night club and it was everything I could have imagined. Great vibes, good music, both the jazz and the hip hop areas were on blaze! With beautiful grown and sexy individuals!!

Checked out Sandaga 813 for the first time & it was a very nice Vibe! They have a live band playing inside & a bomb patio w/a DJ outside. Smoking is allowed on the patio, drinks are good & they have a variety of food on the menu (BBQ, Catfish, Baked potatoes, Greens, Mac & Cheese) etc to choose from. The only thing I did not like was the Gender Neutral Restrooms. Didn't feel comfortable walking into a restroom w/men. It was a complete No for me.

They should absolutely mention on their website that the music may not start until well after 11. We arrived around 9:30 the live band didn't start until we were walking out the door at 11:15. Also all of the seating was reserved when we arrived, inside and outside. Standing room only unless you reserve well in advance. The only positive is that the drink were not watered down.

great music and nice vibe!!!

The door man is hilarious, but had a slight attitude. The drinks are made to perfection. The food is to die for. The true treasure here is the band, Soulful Soundz. They do the old school classics in their own way instead of trying to sound like someone else. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Would love to hear original music by them. The wooden seating with black cloth cushions in the VIP section were not comfortable at all. The band was so good that I didn't want to leave, however so I endured it. If they update those seats to some nice, large lounge chairs that would be ?.

The live music is ALWAYS amazing. The staff CONSISTENTLY PROVIDE awesome service and the right amount of alcohol where you feel good about what you're paying for. So why in the whole hell, do they not have suitable restrooms, or just toilets that flush? The whole restroom set-up is like a fake commune from the 60's, AND THE TOILETS ARE CONSISTENTLY OVERFLOWING AND FLOODING. Seriously? It's 2022; either invest in a new plumbing construction (not just for your patrons sake, but also your staff) or get a subscription to Roto Rooter. I am not interested in stepping in pee and wet tissue. I can hear those same bands and get that same great service at plenty of other venues in Dallas and Fort Worth.
