Det best Persian food I can find in Texas.Very very healthy and tasty.Since a month ago I work in the area and have been here every day.The menu is small and the restaurant is not fancy, if you are looking for fancy restaurants don't go there. The food is realy healthy and tasty.
HORRENDOUS from the moment you step in this dingy place. Still gave it a try..,sorry I did.Rice was stale and like birdfeed. What passed as chicken was cooked who knows how long before being todays Fridays lunch special with an undetermined broth and a bit of tomato paste as a topping.DALLAS FOOD HEALTH INSPECTORS: DO YOUR JOB!
A hidden gem and family-owned Persian restaurant. The owner is so lovely and welcoming, he continued to check on us and ask if we needed anything at all. They have daily dishes, and the one we had was delicious. I can not recommend Samad Cafe enough!

Ok so, it's a little confusing because the parking but don't let that deter you! This is now my spot for kabobs! I took it to go for work but I had to try it fresh and yes... it was amazing! The rice the kabobs the cooked tomatoes I wish I got more. The man that works there was so sweet I'll be back soon.
Samad is the owner, cook and the man behind the cafe. He has been doing that since 40 years ago when Dallas was limited to the downtown and airport area.The food tastes like homemade dishes and menu is limited 1-3 items as he cooks them fresh everyday. It’s not fancy but it’s tasty and you won’t find place like Samad cafe everywhere!Send my greeting to Amoo Samad!

This is the kind of place I love finding. The owner has been making this food since I've been born and it's so hole in the wall it's crazy. I ordered the lamb shank which was delicious. I'll be back.
