Listen! Whitney is phenomenal! She is on point. Knows the drinks, the menu back and forth, and the best sides for your meals. Her personality SHINES and she will take complete care of you! We are a party of 5 for a birthday, and we never wanted for anything. My next visit, I will definitely request to be seated in her section. Food is delicious as always. Thank you for a terrific Service and evening Whitney! We will be back!

Service was not friendly in my opinion. Food was just okay. I have dined at other locations and this experience was vey disappointing.
Food was amazing. I noted we were celebrating a wedding anniversary when making my reservation and they made the evening special with rose petals on the table, congratulations from all the staff, and a special dessert.
I always have a great experience at Ruth Chris. The stuffed chicken is my favorite dish of all time itâs amazing and the sweet potato casserole is to die for.
For the money we spent (party of 5) the experience was underwhelming. I placed a reservation in advance and still had to wait almost 10 minutes to be seated. Which is a lot considering there was literally no one in the restaurant. Like at all. Lol. I ordered the bbq salmon, and while it was fresh, it was the blandest piece of fish I have ever had. The sides we ordered, were equally disappointing. We ordered the lobster mac and cheese, potatoes au gratin, and creamed spinach. Everything was drowning in cream and lacking flavor. As a plus, the bread was good. The server was nice, but wasnât around much. We had to fill up our own water with a carafe he left on the table, had to ask for the table to cleared, etc. we couldâve probably ate three times and with better food and an experience at the Cheesecake Factory. Iâll be sticking to other steakhouses over this one.

For the price, it was ok but not great. It was Father's Day but it didn't seem overly busy so the slow service seemed unusual for a quality steakhouse. I had lamb chops and tried the other entrees my family got. All were very good. The lobster Mac and cheese was good, as were the garlic mashed potatoes, but neither was amazing. The bread that came with the artichoke dip had way too much butter so I ate the appetizer with the bread rolls they gave us. Overall it wasn't bad but for the price I'd expect better service and better sides.
The service was horrible waited for 20 minutes for a drink even though there was no one else at the bar. Reservation was it for 8 oâclock didnât get sat until almost 830 even though the restaurant was half full. Ordered our appetizers then salad then main course. The appetizer and the salad came out almost at the same time. Ask them to take the salad back and slow the dinner down. Salad came out again two minutes later we decided to just leave it on the table. Ate it quickly because we assumed that the rest of the dinner would come quickly. 30 minutes later our entrées came out. The steaks were undercooked. We were not asked to cut into our steak while the food runner was there so they could see if the steak was properly cooked. We ordered medium steaks that came out wrong. They then took the steaks back through them underneath their 500° oven so now they were dried out. They were upset because we asked for new sides since the sides were now cold. The waitress never came back by the table to see if everything was OK. She never offered us a dessert she just drop the check off didnât even say a word just left the check. I had to ask one of the girls who was cleaning the tables if she could get a waitress so that we could have dessert and coffee. For $300 I would have expected better service. For $300 I wouldâve expected a better meal. I go to Perryâs all the time and Frisco. They have top level service and their food is much better. I will never return to Ruth Chris again
It started with amazing service when we went to the bar for a drink while they got our table ready. We arrived a little early. Then our waiter was amazing! He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. We discussed in detail our options and our like and dislikes. He wouldnât interrupt our conversation yet always was near bye when we needed something.
