Unique flavor but the wait tho.. if you have time to wait 30+ minutes for chicken then give them a try. But keep in mind it's very unhealthy but it's tasteful. The sides are only available during certain hours. And thank goodness they take cards now, it was cash only a while ago... good eats!
I USE to love Rudy’s no matter all the bad things you hear….waited 15 plus minutes just to get a order of cold wings and to make matters worse the young cashier with the red braids gave us our order (drive thru) but never looked at us! Looked to the right of her smiling the entire time I guess she knew she had us there waiting for almost 20 minutes for cold chicken and fries… Makes me wonder should I eat this chicken or not
They got some delicious food and chicken here... Make sure you have time cause the lines can sometimes be a bit long. But they make everything fresh and it's good so it's worth the wait!
The fried chicken was so juicy and marinated fries are so good that I ate them without the sauce. Lines are long. Quality is phenomenal. I run back to this place every time I’m in town. You’ll usually find “live” entertainment in the neighborhood this place is in lol stay safe. God bless
The chicken is great here, but the young lady that was taking orders outside in the drive-thru was really rude and unprofessional. We were rushed while taking our orders and not to mention, the orders were not correct.If they can have someone take the orders that is more patient and professional, the experience would be a lot better especially considering the long wait in line.
Service is absolutely trash. Chicken can be good if you hit them at the right time, but they never miss with the horrible customer service. Good opportunity for somebody to set up across the street. They’ll take every bit of business guaranteed
Rudy's is a Dallas staple! The chicken is just good! The wait is well worth it. The staff is always funny and professional. Shot out to Roberta, one of the mangers! She is awesome! If you are a foodie, Rudy's is a must visit!Tip: If you walk up to the window, you will be served faster than the drive thru. And if you are in the drive through be prepared to remember your order number. They have two drive through lanes and two pick up windows. The prices are reasonable and I've never had a bad experience here. If you don't have high blood pressure, I recommend getting extra seasoning and don't forget the jalapeno peppers!
I'm done with Rudy's it use to be my favorite chicken place.. but they done fell off went back to back both times my chicken was under cooked blood still on the inside.. Went again and got the same results.. that's it bring the old Rudy's back until then they have lost a gooooooood customer! I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Great fried chicken not to many places better! No frills.No dinning room (not that you would want too sit) on bad side of town wouldn't feel safe unless your from there. No cap but it is what is... Service is the worst. Zero customer service.... the worst!Prices are pretty decent.
The chicken tenders and the seasoning was on point. Fry's were fresh and seasoned to perfection. I was not a big fan of the sauce tho but that's my opinion others may think differently. My husband loved it but he has parosmia so?? take that as you wish
