The food is very tasty!! Great seasonings. Our waitress was helpful in suggesting items to eat. Although the appetizer we had, had great flavor, it was just a little too cheesy for our liking.

We visited to celebrate our 41st anniversary. Service was great. Key lime pie was mediocre. Fried Catfish, fries & hush puppies were very good. Fried shrimp was overcooked. It was like chewing on leather. I did not enjoy the Cole slaw or the sweet tea.

Would not recommend. Reserved the backroom for a semi large party. Service was slow and lacking professionalism, the air conditioning was not working In the room and no clarity or instructions of paying/where to tab out. Food was mediocre. How you mess up a PO boy is beyond me.

A must try.. we Frequent this place quite often and try something new every time..

Food was awesome and service was excellent

Mahi-mahi tasted like farm raised dirt perch, Table area dirty bathrooms filthy, not impressed, won’t go again. Young servers today have no sense of verbalMANNERS, “ instead of please and thank you they say no problem, sure, I gotcha!

Very friendly hostess and wait staff that quickly accommodated our large party of nine patrons. The service was very fast and everyone’s plate was clean after dining. The gumbo was excellent, shrimp was fresh as was the fish and poultry. The atmosphere is very casual, and a bit noisy but that is to be expected at a fish shack! Overall a good dining experience, a nice spot for a weekend lunch. I recommend the fried shrimp, it was basic but hits a standard for expectations.

After the Plano location closed not long ago, I remembered there was a location in Richardson and having not eaten at Rockfish in a while, I decided to stop by with my family. Upon entering we were seated fast, but the member of staff who sat us could use an attitude adjustment, she did not seem to enjoy her job, nor did her sister(?) who seemed to work alongside her. Our server Blake, however was excellent, he remembered us from the old Plano location, and provided excellent service throughout the visit. Personally, I don't eat seafood, but they have a good amount of non seafood options too. The food was as good as the other location, but it did take a considerable amount of time. though I know staffing is hard at this time, so patience is important. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated with modern decor and prices are great too! If you want some seafood(or non seafood too!) in this area, I recommend Rockfish!

This place is awful We we’re seated in an almost empty restaurant. No one acknowledged us after that. 4-6 waitstaff passed by us, yelling at each other. Waited about 15 minutes, made eye contact with the bartender, nothing! Everyone working the front end tonight should be fired and this waste of space restaurant should be shut down! Terrible! Awful experience! Never coming back here again. Move this embarrassment of a restaurant out of its coveted corner.

Lynn did an absolutely amazing job meeting the needs of our table. She understood allergies and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. She was understanding and empathetic. I had a worry free meal, with severe allergies. it was so nice! Lynn's pacing, interaction, and attentiveness was also perfect for the occasion. I was super impressed with Lynn and the kitchen team here!
