The food was amazing. I would recommend having the marshmallow soup (its tomato soup with goat cheese "marshmallows") and a soufflé for dessert.

Our overall experience was excellent. We started with a cheese plate, marshmallow soup, and onion soup. The soups were very tasty. The cheese selection was good, but the accompaniments lacked variety (the only spread was a fig jam). For our entrees, we had ham and cheese; crab; lobster; and herb and sausage souffles. The seasonal lobster and crab souffles were tasty but perhaps a bit disappointing. The in-shell presentation with the lobster was fun, but the meat was a bit chewy. The ham and cheese souffle in particular was simple but stunning. For dessert, we had apricot; raspberry; chocolate; and key lime souffles and a chocolate cake. The apricot souffle was the highlight. The raspberry souffle was solid but perhaps a bit too subtle. The chocolate souffle was just a touch overcooked.

Lived for 15 years in Dallas and then moved away. This was my wife's favorite restaurant, hands down, so when we took a weekend to go back to Dallas, this was the first place we went. The food is absolutely incredible, and there's nothing else like it either in Dallas or anywhere else we've traveled. We tried our usual assortment of items from the menu, including fresh baked bread, artichoke, (split) nicoise salad, crab souffle (that is off the menu but always a huge hit), and sampled their seasonal avocado souffle with avocado shrimp ceviche topping, and key lime dessert souffle. Of course we also had to have the bubbles and white Wine Sampler. Service was great, vibe is awesome, and food is incredible. 5+ Stars. You will never be disappointed (or leave hungry!)

We had such a great experience during our first visit here! The inside is so cute and cozy. We loved all the twinkle lights and the wine bottle chandelier. Our waitress was so helpful with giving recommendations and explaining the menu. We ordered the marshmallow soup (tomato basil soup with mini souffles that match the same texture as marshmallows!) as a starter, jambon and gruyere/truffle mushroom savory souffles for our entrees, and the chocolate souffle for dessert. The savory souffles were perfectly seasoned and flavorful, light, and surprisingly filling! The chocolate souffle was AMAZING. You have to eat it with the chocolate sauce it comes with! Their chocolate is such top notch quality. Try to get a reservation or come as soon as they open to avoid long waits!

We went to Rise for a late lunch after visiting the DMA. The decor and atmosphere are charming and our server, Suzanna, was perfect: friendly, knowledgeable, and timely without hovering. Our soufflés were lovely ( Southwest Chicken and Brie with Cauliflower) and the marshmallow soup is a treat. I highly recommend delightful French-themed eatery.

It was difficult deciding which items to order because they all sounded so wonderful. Loved all my choices - the marshmallow soup, crab souffle and chocolate souffle, plus tasted my friend's pistachio souffle. The coffee was excellent as well. Will definitely return to try the other selections. It is expensive if you order 3 courses. The patio was a nice setting for late lunch with nice weather.

What an amazing experience! We came in for lunch on Sunday and everything we ordered was literally amazing. We started with the Artichoke as an appetizer and it was a perfect dish with an amazing sauce to compliment every bite. We then ordered two savory soufflés, the crab and the seasonal crawfish. Both were great but the crab soufflé had more flavor. We couldn’t go home without a sweet soufflé. The Pistachio option sounded great and it was the perfect choice with an amazing glaze that accompanied it. We ordered coffee to close out our meal and sat back and talked about how amazing each bite was.We can’t wait to visit again. Merci

Fabulous bistro serving savory and sweet souffles. We had shared what we had, which was the Marshmallo soup, onion soup, crab souffle, truffle mushroom souffle and Cauliflower brie souffle. Sweet souffles were apricot, raspberry, and praline pecan. Everything was amazing. Very cute, eclectic decor. Would definitely come back next time I'm in Dallas.

This restaurant legitimately took me back to Paris. The smell and the atmosphere is exceptional. The marshmallow soup is a must. For Souffles we ordered the crab which was delicious and pesto tomato which was so-so. Given how delicate and tasty they were, we will be back to try the other souffles. Desserts, the creme brulee is a must!

Rise is a wonderful french restaurant/bistro, a great spot for lunch or a nice dinner. The atmosphere is amazing. I recommend sitting on the closed in patio!!The soufflés and sandwiches are delicious. Marshmallow soup is tomato soup with mini cheese soufflés! Desert soufflés are amazing - especially the chocolate and raspberry.
