Tasting menu was exceptional, with all of the 8 courses we had being delicious. We were the only people in the main dining area, so had very attentive service and some great cocktails to boot. Great place for a special occasion or celebration, and interesting people watching out the window to Deep Ellum

It's exactly what I'd expect if someone watched videos on how to prepare authentic Mexican cuisine but has never eaten said cuisine.Looks great, tastes alright, but definitely lacks seasoning in many of the dishes. Tortillas fell flat (Pun very intended.)Could definitely be improved with minor tweaks to recipes.Service was fantastic, and fast.
Really good authentic style tacos with high quality ingredients made fresh.The tortillas have the perfect texture and bite. I highly recommend the al pastor and waygu carne asada. Both tacos are packed with juicy flavor. Also make sure to order chips, guac and salsa! The chips are house made and fried fresh!The only con is the tacos are a bit pricey, but the quality is there to back it up.
Really exceptional flavors and overall construction/progression of courses for the tasting menu (reservation only on weekend nights). Will definitely come back!
Absolutely delicious and as close as authentic Mexican as it will get.The place is super tiny but I believe they are planning on moving to a larger place just around the corner.Service is good, it’s a regular taqueria so we didn’t come here for that.Food is amazing! My wife had chilaquiles, you can tell the chips are made in-house. Salsa was really good.I had, pastor, carne asada, carnitas and birria tacos, all of them amazing. Probably had two more than I should have as they are quite big. Same as with the chilaquiles the tortillas as freshly made you can tell. My favorite was pastor but you can’t go wrong.Price is the only thing that is not authentic to Mexican tacos but is still very reasonable for the area.A must if you are in the mood for Mexican.
Very fun and very playful tasting menu. Most importantly, delicious! The chef takes you on a tour of his home state of Michoacán. After the meal is done, you feel like you’re an honorary cousin of his. Love this place! Will be back!

Great dinner experience if you can grab seats! All of the food was delicious and savory. Drinks were spectacular. The intimate setting was surreal!
Perfect birthday dinner for my husband. The dining room was charming and the tasting menu was superb. Each dish was unique and delicious! It can be a little hard to find but so worth it - knock on the door or ask at the taco window ? muy gustó mucho❣
