You will not be disappointed. Food was perfect. Needed a late night fill and thos restaurant delivered and surpassed all of my expectations.
PROS: Doro Wot was delicious. Sponge-like bread was fascinating. You use the bread rather than utensils, which made for an interesting dining experience. Friendly owner. CONS: They should have hand wipes rather than napkins considering how dirty your hands get.
This restaurant is in an unimpressive strip mall, but don’t let that drive you away. The food is delicious and the presentation inviting. The atmosphere is not outstanding, but the food is. We love the lamb dishes paired with the vegetarian plate. It’s nice to eat from a communal plate, using the amazing bread to scoop up a taste of each offering. Lots of intriguing flavors to try! May be the best Ethiopian restaurant in Dallas.
