Good food, bad customer service waitresses slow and with an attitude, good food thou.
The food was definitely made to order. It was simple but good, and it could be better by simply heating up the dishes and better customer service.
The repollo was incredibly salty and not pickled at all.The front line staff all had a bad attitude (young ladies). The older ladies working in the kitchen were polite offering me plasticware after I politely asked the young ladies if I could grab some napkins as there were none in my bag.Pupusas were okay, but never going back.Fiesta has good pupusas.
we use to love this restaurant but not anymore. First time we had a bad experience was last week when we went in and got a bad waitress. My mom asked for something in the menu and the person who was sitting us, with a bad attitude, said we don't serve that anymore. We didn't like her attitude so we left without ordering or saying anything. Today we did a phone order to pick up. When we got to the restaurant the lady taking payments said they had sold our order of tamales to someone else because they weren't sure if we were picking them up. On the phone they told us it would take 25 minutes for picked up so how did they just sold our order to someone else. So we had to wait more time for our order to be prepared and than to find out we didn't get all the tamales we order because they only had 9 left. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I don't know how they still have good ratings.
I called to place an order and they kept hanging up on me because I spoke English. Called three times and they said hold please and then hang up. Called again and she said no English. Like seriously all the workers only speak Spanish??? She couldn’t find one worker who spoke English. So lazy and unprofessional.
Some dishes are worthy to come by and experience some foods made in El Salvador.
Just a little mom and pop hole in the wall but the food and service are fantastic. ?
Hygiene needs to improve here. Big time. Found two bugs in my food one time.. never stepped there again ever since.

Terrific food,ButTaking too long to wait on you...And didn't come back to wait on you...
