This place definitely has a lot of potential but the food quality has gone down in recent months. I typically go on a walk-in basis but don’t recommend that because they often sell out of items quickly, even by mid-day Sunday. Given the recent reviews consistent with my experience and the unprofessional response from the owner on a recent review (cancelling someone’s order because they left a 3 star review) I will not be returning. Customer service goes a long way and if that is how members are treated, makes me hesitant to give my business here.
The chicken in the salad was bland and over cooked . Some of the meals have no flavor. I think the portions are perfect, I like the mixture of the veggies with the pasta/rice.3/27They canceled my order after giving them a 3 star review. I wasn’t notified of the cancellation until after driving 30 minutes out to the pick up location. The employee there wasn’t able to give me a reason or explanation. I would have appreciated an email or text, something days before the pick up day . That would’ve been more professional on their part. I sent out a couple of emails from previous orders and they never replied ,even though they say they respond within 24 hours.
Ordered 6 meals from them a few weeks ago. When I went to pick up my meals, they were not at the pickup location. I sent them two emails as well as texted them (which they claim to be the fastest mode of communication) however they have yet to respond or refund me for my missing order. It’s been a week at this point. Horrible customer service.
My second time ordering from here and i am HIGHLY dissatisfied. The food quality has gone down and most of the meals were nasty out of the 10 i ordered i only liked about 4. I also reached out to a “manager” a few weeks ago and left a message for a return phone call it’s almost the end of November and no one has acknowledged me or called me back. They don’t communicate effectively but they have the audacity to text you when it’s time to order but yet can’t return a phone call or email.I suggest trying another meal prep service cause clearly this one isn’t concerned w customer satisfaction.

While I appreciate the convenience of these meals, great coupon code and the fact that they are dairy and gluten free, I am really unimpressed as of late. I have ordered a handful of times in the past and always had great things to say about the flavor and presentation. The company was really impressive to me a few years ago. It seems the last two times I’ve ordered, the flavor has really gone down. Everything I ordered this round is super bland. The bbq chicken salad had no flavor what so ever and the chicken was over cooked and hard, the chicken Mac and cheese.. no flavor…the sweet potato fries on both burgers I ordered weren’t cooked all the way through and we’re soggy. I’m real sad about this :( please step it back up y’all!

Big thumbs up to Reful. First of all the discounts on meals are incredible. Secondly, the majority of the meals taste great. I buy a week's worth and I feel like I'm having a cheat meal because they're seasoned well plus they offer many of the foods that we crave that are unhealthy for us. Right now the steak and shrimp meal is my favorite. Keep up the good work.
I used to be a SnapKitchen fan and would go a a couple times a month but recently noticed less options, especially vegetarian options. My friend recommended Reful since I'm going back into my office and needed quick lunches. I tried the 5 meals for $35 and loved it! Flavorful and perfect sizes. This week I am doing 10 for $65. These deals are too good especially when other stores charge $10 minimum per meal. Definitely recommend. I placed my orders online and pick up on Sundays. Super easy. Haven't had any issues with my two purchases.
