We have been going to Razzoos for many years and now the prices are higher than ever and portion sizes have shrunk... This location had many tables open but still told us 30 minute wait...and we were seated in 15 mins... I will likely not go back to any location with the prices so high and the portions so small.... You need to go back to your old ways....
From the point me and my husband walked in the staff was complaining about co-workers. That's not something any customer wants to hear.Razzo's WAS a great place to go.However, now it is a low grade Cajun food restaurant very overpriced for the quality.You really couldn't even taste the food because it was so spicy. Also, I ordered a glass of wine. When it got to me the glass was filthy like they ran it through a dishwasher and didn't get all the waste off of the glass. The waiter was good, but new at the job so he didn't tell us about the promotion that they had going on with the drinks or the appetizers. We won't be coming back. If I could give it zero stars I would!
One of the most overlooked places. Food is fantastic. And if you are not into Cajun, plenty of other offerings. If you haven't been here in a while, you need to go back. Great food, service and price.
This place is awesome. The people were nice service was great. Came in from Atlanta to see the Falcons Cowboys game. Cowboys rocked them. Most of all the food was great. Can't wait to go back.
I recommend the blackened salmon, it was so tasty, delicious!! The waiter and staff were competent, attentive and friendly…
Bartender Alex and manger Chrissy. Stated this how they serve they martinis. Half glass full. I also asked for sugar and got salt. They stated that’s how they serve they drinks. I returned. Would not recommend
Delicious casual Cajun bar/restraunt off of 75 with friendly staff & delicious eats. Came here on a casual night out and had a great time, recommend the hurrycane on the rocks to drink ? and recommend the etouffe!! It's almost like curry but Cajun. Will be coming back!
This restaurant is terrible first they had no Coorls Light. Then it took over 45 mins to a hour for appetizers which was fried pickles. Then after over a hours and a half our food came out cold. The manger came out with no excuse but comp got fired pickles. I will never return until Hanna came and adjusted the bill. Thanks Hanna.
On December 1, 2021 @12:21pm I went to pick up my order I had called in! Server 90/AM bar A waited on me! She was very nice, I tipped her! I didn’t check my order before I left! When I got home the sauce for my good was not included! So I called the manager and he said they realized it after I left! He apologized told me he would put a gift card in the mail! I never received it! So the next week I called and another manager said she was going to do it! Needless to say I still didn’t receive a gift card to this date! However I still continue to order that meal weekly because I like it. I didn’t care about the gift card it’s the principle of the the thing! But Saturday the 18th of December I called and I spoke to the original Manager that supposedly mailed it! He said he mailed it and he would have to check with corporate and he took my number said he would call me 5pm. He acted like I was lying, verified my address and said he mailed it! I explained to him I never received it! Customer Service means everything to me! I spend money for a product it is suppose to be right! I want to say “Thank You” for the bad customer service! You offered the gift card! I had made it home with the food and NO I did not want the fish without the sauce because that makes the meal. NOW I make sure I check my food! I don’t have to lie and I’m not desperate! You immediately realized you didn’t put the sauce in my bag so the least you could do is own up to what you said you was going to do!
