Had to go to McDonald's to get the rest of my meal. It looks like cane's is taking a hit on their annual budget. If you're going to charge me for full chicken strips I expect to get a full chicken strips. If I want a chicken fries I'd go to Burger King. How cheap are you guys? The box combo gave us 4 pieces that are as small as the fries

Ordered a caniac and the 3 tender combo add a toast and add cole slaw. I didn’t get my extra toast or the extra cole slaw. All those employees on the clock and can’t get two extra items correct. It’s pretty sad tbh.

Cane's is great, but personally, I can't eat fried chicken that often. And the road construction at this intersection is bad right now, so don't go down Gaston to get there.

Always do drive-thru once a month or so. I have never been disappointed when I got home. Always hot and fresh

Very fresh, Nice size tenders. Great layout and presentation. My husband complained about special sauce being too salty. There is a lot of construction and detours near the restaurant. I worried if my food would be fresh, due to hard spot restaurant is in. Today was not the case!!!

This Raising Cane's always has really, really fast service. I heard that you can order the chicken extra crispy but I've not tried that. You can exchange your drink or Cole slaw for a sauce. I love the Texas toast bun. The food is consistent across the locations, and the employees always have a chicken-related catch phrase at the drive thru or window.

Wife and I ordered 2 of the 3 finger combos like always. We gat home and it’s unbelievable. They gave us a 3 pinky combos and only enough fries to go on 1 meal that they split in 2 orders. Literally I had like maybe 10 or 12 total fries on my meal. Makes me so mad. The best way I can describe this is it was a four piece meal exactly couldn’t have split out into 2 3 piece dinners. I would rather be charged 2 bucks more per meal than to get what i got. This will be the downfall of this place. They already put it in the wrong area around a bunch of rich people who don’t eat fried anything let alone chicken. Its why this place is always slow and looks closed most of the time.

yes , they are the best especially in customer service!!!

9:35pm- manager by the name of Mark has decided the dining room is closed, even though the doors are open. After asking why we couldn’t eat in they finally said it’s ok BUT the manager never actually came up to speak with me as requested. We drove out of the way to come to Raising Canes, most likely won’t do so again in the future.

The food was cold NOT fresh at all. They give the smaller chickens tender and to make it worse they forgot to give us our extra bread we payed for.
