my friend and i normally love this location and go here often. a lot of the time we order ahead on the app and pick up in the drive through and have never had issues doing so. tonight, though, a manager would not give us our food unless we came inside. neither of us were really looking appropriate enough to be in public (hence the drive thru pick up) but we went in anyways and they gave us our food instantly; no problem. so why couldn’t they have just given it to us at the window??? this delay may very well be the reason why our drinks were extremely watered down when we got them? i honestly never leave google reviews and it would’ve been fine if the manager had just told us ~why~ we can’t pick it up in drive through, like i asked, but he just blew me off. i asked why we couldn’t get our food there and he just repeated the same response as though i was some child he was having to manage. would really appreciate some understanding on why this is a policy instead of being dismissed by a crusty reddit lord not wearing his mask properly.
Surprisingly good boneless chicken fingers. French fries are great but don't let them get cold.
This Raising Cane's is great! Service was quick & excellent! I was in a car wreck & the manager was very nice & didn't tow my car for 2 days & Spencer bought me & my son free lemonades the day of the wreck & melted my heart lol. My son loves this place ? ❤ ? ? ♥ ?
Can’t have Butter due a allergic reaction but Raising canes and it’s employees thought it was funny. I wouldn’t even typically post a review but shows you how little kids work here….Grady and the staff Unprofessional to the fullest
Its my favorite fast food chain. Honestly, come here once a week. I just ask for a new membership card every time I go and get a free box combo. Fries are kinda salty, but what fast food place doesn't just pour salt on their food.
raising canes is one of my favorite places to get a quick lunch or dinner! this location is near utd so sometimes it's packed, but I live nearby and come around a lot and I've never felt like the wait was unreasonable. The staff are also super nice and courteous.

It’s gone downhill. It used to be good, but it feels like every time I go, their tendies get smaller and smaller. Also, last time I went, one of my tendies had a bite taken out of it.Their other foods are good. Especially the Texas Toast.
Excellent chicken fingers and outstanding service. Very helpful and friendly. Couldn't have been more pleased with the day efficient drive through.
Cane's doesn't have much on the menu but its all amazing. I have not had a bad batch yet. Tip though if you are like me and not a bit coleslaw person, you can get substitutions for that cold little bit of devilry.Its definitely a cut above the other fast food "chicken finger" places in flavor and value and if they ever decided to go "grocery" with their sauce I'd put in a word with my local supermarkets for sure. :) Just don't expect to start eating your chicken straight out of the drive-thru. Those things come out hot and delicious but need a little time to stop glowing orange so you can eat them. That's not a complaint, that's a positive. I've made the drive home and still had hot chicken ready to eat.Oh, and crinkle fries! There are other places that have them, sure, but it gives a nice home-style feel to the combos and holds ketchup or Cane's sauce very nicely.
