This was the most terrible Canes I have ever visited. The young man taking drive through orders was hard to understand and he kept get our order wrong. This could very well have been that it was a faulty intercom. So we asked him to repeat our order back to us and he immediately seemed irritated. Sighing heavily. Repeating the order back with an annoyed undertone. We pulled up to the window, paid then told to pull off to the side and wait for our order. Now this establishment was very busy at this time so that is understandable however we waited a good while. Once we got our food it was way too salty. The food was so over seasoned that it was inedible. By this time we decided to just leave. Service terrible and so was the food.
I have never really had an issue with this location or any Cane’s food but tonight the food was terrible! Chicken was so dry like it had been sitting under the lamp too long….the fries seemed like the last in the bin… the bread had no flavor and the lemonade had no sweetness. My family and I was very disappointed of what we received. Really hope this doesn’t happen again and someone is aware of what is being sent out because we really do enjoy Cane’s chicken ect.
I had a similar experience as another person recently, chicken was super dry, fries and toast didn’t seem fresh either. First time I’ve ever had subpar quality at Cane’s. Not sure if it was because it was late at night? I imagine they just let food sit way too long to avoid the waste. Terrible.
2/17/2022 update: Must have been a small batch of chx strips. Today they are normal sized again. Thanks all!1/15/2022 They used to serve chicken strips. Now it's chicken nuggets
I went to this location this week. The drive thru line was long, so I went inside. The cashier was courteous and friendly. Tim, the manager asked one of the workers to clean the dining area. To my surprise, he jumped in and assisted by wiping down the tables! That’s teamwork! The food was hot and delicious, as usual!! Oh! Seniors, don’t forget to ask for your discount ?
I love Raising Cane's on Hampton & Wheatland Rd. The only issue I have with this location is the food is so good, the lines are always wrapped in around the street trying to get an order placed. The second (2nd), issue on is the on strips are getting smaller and smaller as if the strips are being cut in in half. Still have great taste!Carolyn
The sauce was good but the strips didn't really have that much flavor. However my kids loved them
When i drove through drive up.Youg lady was rule by cutting me off several time before letting me complete my order.use profanity though the process. On Hampton and Weathland Rd in Desoto.(12:00 to 12:30pm)
Me and my co-worker after being in line fir 15 min. We were at the speaker ordering our food, and the worker kept rushing us through ordering and when we told her we were trying to order the rest of our food, she then cursed and said “goddam”. We stopped and asked was she talking to us she said no, and continued to rush us through our order. Finally when we finished ordering as we were driving off she “damn” in the speaker. When we got the window we talk to a manager named Brandon, and he did not give us her name, but he apologized, but I felt like nothing will be done about her actions ,so I am contacting corporate and will be submitting a formal report
Taylor took my order today. I'm so glad she did. Super friendly and professional. Even smiled. That's a good employee you have there. This type of experience will keep me coming back!
