Food was good, customer service horrible! They did not put all my items in my bag I questioned them about it and they gave me another box. So I pull up check the box they still forgot the extra sauces I paid for went back through she handed me 1 I told her still missing one. She proceeded to say OH MY GOD! And handed me the other one. Well lady it's not my freaking fault y'all messed up my stuff 2x! If it would have been done right the 1st time we wouldn't have been in this situation. I'm sorry but getting a attitude with me because you messed up. Get out of here. And to say Oh my god! You are so wrong. You need to go through some customer service training!
very courteous drive thru personnel. You can hear and understand what they are saying. Fast Service and professional at pick up window. Always ask if I need condiments. I think that's nice. Love the food.
The young girls that helped me at the window were fantastic. The order-taker was very polite and energetic.These Young ladies had great positive attitudes and awesome customer service and I thank you for that.
I come here often never had a issue until today! I ordered curbside pick up for a particular reason and I had waited 30 minutes for someone to bring out food. Nothing went inside to see what was going on the cashier was so rude telling me I needed to go in and get my food that no one was going to be bringing it to my car. So I will not be coming back here! Coit and Campbell never disappoint ??

Made a big order Sunday at 3:30 and the people working the drive thru had 10/10 customer service! Makes my day when people are nice back (: Recommend this location!
Ouchhhh , chkn basket and cane sause great taste, however I burn my fingers on fingers I'd like to suggest a fork or maybe a 15 to 30 wait for it would atleast allow coustomers to enjoy your chkn

Tonight was my 3rd and last attempt to eat from here. Every time they have been closed, tonight was 1030pm.I understand the labor shortages but if you are consistently closed just change your hours. I almost drove to the other canes 3 miles away but figured they would be closed too
