I have not been to Cane’s for quite sometime. This is one of my daughter favorite Chicken Restaurant. I went there yesterday as my daughter’s request. I trusted their quality and the quantity, I didn’t checked. When I arrived home who was expecting a good, quality and quantity was frustrated. When I saw it, it wasn’t the same as it used to be which was lesser coating and more or bigger chicken. I know it’s inflation but the price was inflated too, smaller chicken and more coating. I went to this particular branch because I thought you’re better than the Forest Lane Branch. Sorry, I maybe just one of your customers but I am out.

Rude and bad Servicehad a bad experience about almost 2 weeks ago called in and Manager told me they would comp my meal out for a free one next time and that it was in their computer ((can’t remember if she told me to keep my receipt or not but if it was in their Computer then I don’t understand why that would matter)) when I just called in just now to ask for itFirst: The first employee that picked up the phone immediately transferred me as I was talking and telling her what I was calling about without even telling me she was transferring me which that was very rude I understand that they’re busy but at least tell me that you’re going to transfer meSecond: The manager that answered was telling me a completely different story that they don’t have it in the computer and that my name and phone number that the first manager put down was not in there and I needed my receipt and that there’s nothing she can do about it which was a completely different story from what the first manager I spoke to at the time saidPretty bad service on the manager for The first one for forgetting to put my name and Number downAnd the employee for being rude definitely not spending money at this location again….

Friendly employees with great customer service skills. Our order was correct and was available within minutes. The lobby was very well maintained along with the restrictions. It was an overall great experience and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Been there a few times always get the chicken strips are the chicken strips sandwich period the chicken strips are very good however they're very bland So you either need to put some salt on them or dip them in their sauce period that is all I've tried there that they are a very good chicken strip they just need some seasoning

Cane's chicken is great, but thet reallt really need to work on their customer service. The speaker box doesn't work it was really hard to listen and understand the person on the other side. I order the family size with extra sauce and they didn't provide the sauce.

I don't know what Cane's puts in their chicken but my Lord I'm addicted. I never understood how a restaurant could only sell one item but now thanks to my coworkers I totally and completely understand. Going back to work in a food coma

Great customer service at the indoor counter. Our meals were hot and fresh, and the staff followed up to make sure that we had everything we needed. Very good visit.

They are very particular about sausage I only had cane sauce in a few ask for more than one Stars they charged you. The bad part is every time we ask for more sauce they charge fifty cents and we don't get it best scamming your people.

If the hours on here are not accurate that’s fine just update them or put out a sign because me and 4 other people were waiting in the drive thru to order and nothing no one spoke they were not doing business. Even when there were employees inside the store. I pulled up to the window to ask if there was maybe an issue with the drive thru speaker and was just ignored. Please just put out a sign next time

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walk in, the cashier just stares at me, for about 30 seconds he stared at me before he said anything! I liked the location for convenience to where I live but I will not be back other than to get that guy's name for corporate! My order was incomplete (per usual) and the rudeness was completely unnecessary! My appetite is ruined, I'm so angry at the way I was treated!
