So usually the chicken is great here but today the tenders were cut and fried very slim, the box for the 3 finger combo also was smaller as to minimize the fries that come with it. The toast had sesame seeds on it and looked and had the consistency of a hamburger bun. Not satisfied at all with all the changes for the same price. Seems like new Management cutting down on food cost hard. End product is not what im used to paying for.

On 2-13-22 I bought a Big Box Combo. The chicken had a slight burned taste. It was super bowl Sunday so I figured they were extremely busy and they didn't realize the oil had gotten too hot. Usually very good. Not this time.
I give this raising cane's the highest rating I possibly can and I would also like to give a special shout out to the employee Tyler! I work not far from here and love canes but it's not always the food that makes my lunch experience great. The days that I come and eat lunch here and walk in to see the smiling face on just about every employee is the best amazing experience. Tyler makes my experience here the best with not only remembering my name from day one but just his overall kindness and attentiveness that he gives when I walk in or another guest walks in. Raising Cane's on Ross Avenue is the place to come if you are looking for wonderful coustomerservice and yummy hot fresh food!
Wow! This place is obviously since it's in the ghetto wanting to be as ghetto as hell. Cashier taking my card rude as hell through the drive-thru. Seems she has little words of being polite. And the girl who gave me my food at the next window had 6-in long nails that were blamed out more so than princess Diana's tiara. I know people are short staffed but come on! Get some people that actually care about their job and obey health code procedures which include not having nails serving food! Absolutely disgusting never coming back. Just shut down already! Completely bad location, bad representative of the raising Cane's name.
My daughter's has autism and loves cane after school this happen 3times fries old disgusting chicken over cookedSo idk what's happening here at this locations but yuk thanks for the bad food
I had to leave a review because I’m so impressed with the customer service here. I’m a new mom who is breastfeeding and recently found that my baby has a dairy allergy. I didn’t even consider the batter having dairy here and ordered before checking. At the drive through window Francisco (I believe he’s the manager) was INCREDIBLY kind and understanding and made my fingers without the milk in the batter. I’m blown away by the thoughtfulness and understanding. These days it’s truly rare to find such exceptional customer service and kind people! Great hire Raising Canes!
Drove 4 hours from houston to check in , find something to eat and fries were way too cooked, and lastly they forgot my extra toast.
